In this practice we focus on developing our concentration and focusing on our breath, by allowing our mind to focus on counting our breaths up to ten. This way we can reduce the flow of thoughts into the mind, and give it a chance to still and find some ease. This help us look at our experience with a fresh and more spacious perspective.
