Find that comfortable position to sit comfortably.
You are in control of your feeling,
Of your movement.
You have a complete control over your breath.
Just sit comfortably and feel that breath.
Slowly breathing in and out the nose.
And allowing the mind to stay here.
Breathe in deeply and exhale fully.
Breathe in deeply and exhale completely.
Feel the breath.
Feel the rhythm of your breath and the music.
See if you can really relax.
Breathing.
Feeling the body relaxing.
Shoulder relaxing.
You might notice that you will have so many thoughts coming to your mind as you try to relax and concentrate to your breath.
It is normal but as you listen to your breathing and relax the mind,
The thought will slow down and you will feel more relaxed.
Sit.
See if you can relax your breath.
As you focus on your breathing,
You will notice the thought become less.
Breathe in deeply.
Exhale fully.
Breathing cold air,
Refreshing air.
Exhaling hot,
Tensed air.
Breathe in cool light breath.
Exhaling hot,
Tense breath.
Breathe in fully.
Exhale completely.
You can try to close your eyes if you are feeling more relaxed.
Love the sounds of your breath and the music to relax you even more.
Be in peace with yourself.
Feel the soft movement of your chest.
Keep breathing.
See if you can just focus on that breath.
As you breathe deep inhale,
Feel the chest relaxing as you exhale.
As you breathe fully,
Feeling the shoulder and the neck relaxing even more.
As you breathe in deeply through the spine,
Exhale feeling the spine more relaxed.
As you breathe in through the hip,
Exhale through the hip and feel more relaxed.
As you breathe in through your knees,
Exhale feeling knees more relaxed.
As you inhale through the toes,
Exhale feeling more relaxed.
Take a few moments to feel relaxation in your entire body.
Feeling your face,
Your jaw softening,
Listening to the music,
To the rhythm.
Feeling the beautiful soft sound just relaxing the mind.
And notice how the thoughts just disappear and you become so quiet.
Notice how the body becomes so relaxed and light.
Stay here and feeling the breath.
Inhaling fully.
Exhaling slowly.
Inhale fully.
And exhale slowly.
Listening to the rhythm of your breath.
As we exhale we feel great,
Grateful for our breath,
For the way we're feeling right now,
This moment.
Let the breath relax you even more.
Let the mind stay here,
The sound,
The music.
Feeling the softness in your jaw and your tongue.
Feeling the lightness in your breath.
Feeling the heart.
Inhaling.
Exhaling,
