Holding you gently and without condition.

Whatever just happened in your last session,

Allow it to land.

You don't have to solve it.

You don't have to carry it.

You held it,

And that was enough.

Allow your body to have a say.

Notice your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your gut.

Are you holding tenseness anywhere?

Allow it to land.

Allow your system to metabolize what it just witnessed.

You don't have to understand it yet.

You just have to feel where it lives.

Take one more breath into that space.

You're not behind.

You're not ahead.

You're just here,

Letting what was become what is.

Breathe deeply.

Release completely.
