Hello and welcome to this guided meditation, One in a series called Leading from Within. Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position. Let your hands rest gently and close your eyes if that feels right for you. Breathe in deeply and slowly exhale. Let the breath guide you into stillness. With each breath, Allow the weight of decisions, Responsibilities, And expectations to gently fall away. Inhale awareness of this moment of stillness. Exhale distractions. Inhale confidence. Exhale doubt. Inhale strength. Exhale hesitation. Now bring to mind a decision you are currently facing. It may be large or small. See it gently resting in front of you, Not demanding, Just present. Allow yourself to notice it without judgment. Imagine your thoughts settling like sediment in a glass of water. As the water clears, So does your mind. In the stillness, Clarity begins to emerge. Ask yourself, What truly matters here? What aligns with my values and vision? Listen, Not for noise, But for the quiet wisdom underneath. You may hear an answer or just a sense of peace.
