Allow this moment to be one of rest.
Breathe in deeply through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Let go of tension.
Let go of trying.
Let go.
Leadership asks much of you.
Pressure,
Setbacks,
And uncertainty can take their toll,
But resilience is not about force.
It is about returning,
Returning to center,
Returning to breath.
As you breathe,
Feel your inner strength,
Not loud,
But steady.
It's the part of you that has carried you this far.
Honor it.
Now,
Visualize a recent challenge.
See it gently without resistance.
Imagine yourself meeting it now,
Not with frustration,
But with grace.
What do you learn?
What will you carry forward?
Let resilience be your companion,
Not your armor.
Recovery is strength too.
And in this moment,
Allow yourself to refill.
Breathe in restoration and breathe out fatigue.
Continue with a few more breaths,
Breathing in restoration,
Breathing out fatigue.
And remember that you are allowed to pause,
To pause,
To reset.
And then in doing so,
You grow stronger and you are better for your people.
