Good morning.
Thank you for beginning your day with me.
Let's take a few moments.
To engage in clearing breaths to help us ground ourself for the day.
These next three breaths will help us clear any stagnant energy.
Inhaling through your nose deeply.
Holding your breath for just one moment.
And with an open mouth and a slight sigh,
Exhale.
Once more,
Inhaling through your nose.
Holding the breath at the top.
With a sigh exhale.
Once again,
Inhaling through the nose.
Holding the breath at the top.
And exhaling.
Beautiful.
Now allow your breath to return to its normal pace and rhythm.
I invite you to close your eyes or soften your gaze.
And as you continue to breathe.
With each exhale.
Relaxing,
Softening your body.
Softening your brow.
Your jaw.
Your shoulders.
Allowing there to be heaviness in your arms.
Relaxing your hips,
Your buttocks.
Allowing for heaviness in your legs,
Feeling the heavy connection between your feet and the ground beneath you.
Staying here together for one more minute.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Your gaze soft.
Noticing the softening of your body.
I invite you to my special place,
The mountains.
Through this short poem.
Enjoy,
And be well.
Morning Mountains.
Fog,
And dew.
Sounds of birds and bugs and birds and cats.
And a panting dog.
A faint engine in the far distance.
A gentle breeze.
A first sip of coffee.
Smooth The body breathing in chilly air,
Clean air.
Notice the clearing over the ridge.
Clear lungs.
Claremine.
A fresh start.
Morning.
