Now that you're ready to release,
Let's just take a moment to create some appreciation and understanding.
Anxiety is a feeling of worry or nervousness,
Unease about something with an uncertain outcome.
It's as if one can have a surge of anxiety or be in a state of high anxiety.
You might be experiencing symptoms in your stomach or symptoms in the upper chest where you have a tight chest,
Fearfulness,
Tension.
You might even experience a speeding up of your heart rate.
Shallow breathing is also very common for those experiencing anxiety.
Many of us experience anxiety when we actually don't know what the outcome will be.
We're not here to analyze right now what puts you into this state,
For there are many situations and contributing factors that create anxiety in you.
The more you know yourself,
The more equipped you can become to nurture yourself and use the tools that will most be effective to manage anxiety and its causes in your life.
My invitation to you is just to recognize that no matter what situation,
No matter what scenario,
Challenge you've had in your life that's contributing to these feelings of stress and anxiety,
The reality is that you're feeling uneasy.
You're feeling tension and you're feeling worry that we both know would be wonderful to let go so that you can experience more freedom in your life.
In this moment,
I invite you just to acknowledge whatever you know and are aware of that has contributed to you feeling this way along with all the unconscious behaviors and contributions to this state.
Let's just acknowledge them right now and breathe in through the nose a deep breath of compassion,
A deep breath of understanding all the way down into your hips.
And as we do so,
My invitation to you is to experience unprecedented change in this area of stress for you.
Together we're going to be retraining the body and mind to just come back to stillness no matter what's happening in the outside world.
So firstly,
Let's just acknowledge all the parts of you,
All the parts of your past,
Everything and every situation that you may be aware of and unaware of that has contributed to this situation in your life of feeling stress.
And with one big breath,
Breathing in and all the way out,
Embracing and letting go.
And another big breath in all the way in through the nose down into the lower belly and all the way out,
That's good.
Breathing in again and out.
Now that you have taken the time just to acknowledge the aspects of yourself,
Of your past,
Conscious and unconscious.
Well done.
And we can now continue.
