Find a comfortable seated position for you.

Feel free to adjust when the comfort from that position changes.

Lengthen your spine and allow your shoulders to sink away from your ears.

In your own time,

Whenever you're ready,

Lower and soften your gaze or gently close your eyes.

Be right here,

Right now.

As other thoughts come,

Just allow them to pass.

Do not allow them to distract you from this moment.

Whenever you're ready,

Begin by focusing on your breath to help you to your quiet mind.

Feel the coolness of the air as you inhale through your nose.

As you exhale through your mouth,

Feel the warm air escape past your lips.

Inhale through your nose,

Exhale through your mouth.

Slow,

Steady,

Purposeful breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Follow your own breath,

Breathing at your own pace for three cycles.

As you exhale through your nose,

Feel the warm air escape past your lips.

Let's begin by releasing the emotions in our heart that do not serve us.

Let it go.

The energy that says that you aren't good enough,

Let it go.

The painful feeling of humiliation or distress from foolish behavior,

Let it go.

The need to control things and manipulate others,

Let it go.

Let it go.

The resentment and the disappointment,

Let it go.

It does not serve you.

Now imagine that there is a bubble floating out in front of you.

Inside that bubble is a magnet and that magnet is going to pull all of that negative energy from you out of your space and into that bubble.

All of that shame that you let go of,

That magnet is pulling it into the bubble.

All of that low self-worth that you let go of,

That magnet is pulling it into the bubble.

All of the emotions that you released because they no longer serve you,

That magnet is pulling all of them into the bubble.

With all of that negative energy in it,

What does that bubble look like?

What color is it?

How big is it?

Is it moving?

How does it feel to release that negative energy into the bubble?

Now imagine that there is a tube of light that connects to the bubble and goes deep into the center of the earth.

This tube is going to take all of that negative energy that you released,

All of that energy that you don't want anymore,

All of that energy that does not serve you and drain it deep down into the earth.

All of this energy that is limiting you or untrue to you begins to flow down this tube of light.

Don't feel bad about letting go of the energy.

Mother Earth can do what she does with waste.

She can compost it,

Break it down,

And turn it back into pure life force energy for the earth to use for itself.

Notice how the bubble is shifting.

Notice how you feel.

Witness the negativity leaving you.

To release even more of this energy,

Keep imagining that bubble in front of you.

Now that the bubble full of your insecurities has emptied,

Imagine another bubble and imagine that your highest self,

Your spirit,

Is standing next to the new bubble.

Your highest self begins to fill the new bubble with your true essence,

The part of you that is real,

The part of you that is authentic,

And the part of you that is beautiful.

What begins to happen to the energy in this new bubble?

How is the new bubble changing?

The truth of your essence is far more powerful than the energy of your insecurities.

So as this new bubble fills with your true essence,

More and more of that energy that told you you needed to be different than you are begins to melt away.

Watch until the new bubble is entirely full of your true essence.

Now bring this bubble towards you.

Embrace it and let it come into your heart.

Your heart begins to absorb this beautiful,

Nourishing energy.

And then that energy begins to radiate to all parts of your body,

To radiate to the outermost parts of the space around you.

How does that feel?

What do you notice as this energy fills your body?

How does your heart feel?

Does it feel lighter?

How does it feel?

Return to your slow,

Steady,

Purposeful breath.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Follow your own breath for three cycles.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Now take a breath for the mind.

Take a breath for the spirit.

And take a breath for the body.
