Transcript

Begin by collecting all of your thoughts together in one big pile.

Now slowly remove each thought one at a time until you have a clear mind.

Whenever you're ready,

Imagine a single dot.

Focus all your attention on this dot.

If a thought or distraction comes along,

Just allow it to pass by and return your attention to your dot.

Imagine your dot stretching out and turning into a fine line.

Focus on your line.

As other thoughts come,

Allow them to pass by.

Do not allow them to distract you from your line.

See your line.

Now imagine three additional lines.

See these four lines turn into a square.

Place your focus onto the square.

See your square.

Now imagine five additional squares.

See these six squares become a cube.

Place your focus onto the cube.

In your clear mind,

Can you see the cube?

Can you see each side of the cube?

What color is it?

How big is it?

Can you open the cube?

Is there anything inside of it?

Those thoughts,

Allow them to pass.

Focus on your cube.

See the cube.

Now flatten it into a square.

See your square.

See the square.

Now see the square change back into your line.

See your line.

See the fine line.

See it change back into your dot.

Focus your attention on your dot.

Don't allow your passing thoughts to distract you from your dot.

Your mind is clear.

Your mind is focused.

Return to your slow,

Steady,

Purposeful breath.

In through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

In through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

In through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

Now take a breath for the mind.

Take a breath for the spirit.

And take a breath for the body.

Namaste.
