Welcome to this meditation.
This is an opportunity for you to release anything that's getting in your way and to find the courage and self-esteem to move forward with positivity.
So begin by finding a comfortable position either seated or lying down and close your eyes.
We're going to take three grounding breaths to begin with.
So in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Just in your own time.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
And if you feel like it's available to you,
Just extend that out breath a little bit longer on your next exhale.
And once you've done those three deep breaths,
Returning to your natural breath just in and out through your nose.
Bringing your attention to the space between your eyebrows now.
This is where we can project visualizations.
And you now see yourself in a wide open space that's familiar to you,
Either a beach or a park or perhaps your garden.
And you notice that in your hand you have a bubble wand.
Slowly unopen the lid of the bubble wand and blow your first bubble.
You'll see it getting bigger and bigger and then it forms a sphere and goes up,
Up,
Up into the sky.
Then pops.
Now for your second bubble,
Think of a color that you want to infuse it with.
Perhaps it's a favorite color or just any color that feels right for you today.
And think of that color as you're swirling the bubble wand around in the mixture.
You blow another bubble.
And as it goes up,
Up,
Up into the sky,
You notice that it captures the light and reflects the color that you were thinking of.
After admiring it for a moment,
It then pops.
Take a deep breath in and out through the nose.
This time you infuse the bubble mixture with anything that's bothering you at the moment.
Any negativity or something that's really making you feel either sad or angry or confused or worried.
You notice it starts to get quite dark.
And then you blow the bubble and it's filled with a black smoke.
And then it goes up,
Up,
And slowly this black smoke is transmuting to a gray smoke.
And then as it gets higher,
It turns into a white smoke.
And then a little bit higher,
All of the smoke disappears.
Then the bubble pops and there's nothing there anymore.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
Now think of a memory that made you happy.
Perhaps that's hearing a baby or a child laugh,
An event with loved ones,
A hug,
A message,
Watching the sunset on the beach or anything that immediately comes to mind when you think of a memory that made you happy.
And now let's take that memory,
Place it in your heart,
And we're going to intensify it with even more good feelings.
So layer it with joy,
With love,
With more happiness,
Appreciation,
Peace,
Prosperity,
Pride.
And now infuse the bubble mixture with this positivity.
Notice as you stir it around,
The bubble mixture gets brighter and brighter.
And then as you blow the bubble,
It's as if it has this golden aura around it.
And then it goes up,
Up,
Up,
And it starts to glow brighter and brighter as it gets higher and higher.
And then it pops and all these high-frequency feelings have turned into a golden shower that glitters above you.
It's now raining down on you and those around you,
Lifting everybody's spirits up,
Infusing you and everyone with feelings of positivity.
Take a deep breath in and out of the nose.
Now notice any sounds outside or in the room.
Just notice them and let them go.
And gently sway side to side.
Turn your head left and right.
And when you're ready,
Blink open your eyes and have a beautiful day.
