Ill will is anger with armor on. It’s that extra layer that says, “I hope you suffer. I hope you lose,” and ends up burning you from the inside out. In this second talk on the Five Hindrances, we look at ill will as old armor the nervous system built to survive—and how to stop letting it run your whole life. You’ll be guided through a short body-based practice to catch anger before it turns into self-hate or revenge fantasies, and learn how to bring in “new mind” compassion without pretending what happened was okay.
