Juan Vega (Monk Mode Society)

Monk Mode Society is quiet practice for heavy days. This work is for real life: after the shift, before the house wakes up, in the parked car, at 3 a.m., in the middle of grief, burnout, anger, money fear, overthinking, and the hard weeks nobody claps for. I’m Juan Vega — a Buddhist layman, veteran, father, artist, writer, and Street Dharma teacher. I translate the Buddha’s path into grounded practices for people carrying real pressure: workers, parents, veterans, artists, caregivers, insomniacs, and anyone trying to stay human in a loud world. Here you’ll find breathwork, Dharma talks, guided meditations, sleep stories, spoken-word teachings, courses, and sound-based practice rooted in everyday suffering and everyday freedom. My teaching body of work includes the Four Noble Truths, Noble Eightfold Path, Five Hindrances, Seven Factors of Awakening, Four Foundations of Mindfulness, Three Marks of Existence, and modern Street Dharma for the nervous system, the heart, and the old self we are learning to release. No hype. No performance. No polished spiritual mask. Just breath. Silence. Story. Practice. And a way back to center, one honest moment at a time. Stillness is rebellion. Compassion is a weapon. Peace is within. Carry all.
