Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Yes,

Now go back to a fun moment.

This may be a moment from the past,

But it can also be a recent moment.

What was it that made you feel,

And which people were there?

Where were you,

And what were you doing at that time?

Breathing in and out.

Feel its feeling it gives you and let it flow through your body.

Put a smile on your face and see yourself shining full of light.

Enjoy this for a while.

Open your eyes again and hold on to this feeling.
