Sit or stand somewhere comfortable with your feet on the floor.

Make sure you can't be disturbed.

Take a few deep breaths in and out and feel your feet grounded on the floor.

Now think about all the things you are grateful for in your life.

This can be travels,

People,

Animals or certain situations.

It doesn't matter what makes you happy.

What makes you happy?

How does it look like?

Think about this.

And also think about what you are really grateful for today.

It can be very small things such as good food or your bed.

Everything is fine and okay.

Today I am grateful for and then say what you are grateful for.

Say this five more times with different things and then open your eyes again.
