Sit down with your feet on the floor and your back straight.

Take a few deep breaths and feel the energy flow.

Good.

Clear your minds completely.

Now think of what you have to make a choice about.

See how you like to see it and above all keep breathing.

What's the best situation for you?

And really rely on your feelings,

Not your mind.

So what feels good for you and what does it look like?

Yes,

Feel what it does to you.

Take a few more deep breaths to clear your minds completely and really stay with your feelings.

Then slowly open your eyes again.

Listen to the feeling you just got and make your choice based on this,

Because believe me,

Your feelings are always right.
