Trust is necessary in your life. Having trust in your family, your friends, your work and also mainly in yourself. Have trust that certain situations will work out. There is a solution for everything. With trust you can better cope with setbacks. It doesn't let you wander so quickly when something or someone is against it and it also makes you more confident. Find yourself a nice space to sit or lie down and close your eyes.

Take a few deep breaths.

Yes,

Relax completely.

Now see in front of you what you would like to trust.

And try to approach this in a positive way.

So don't imagine what you don't want,

But imagine what you do want.

Take a deep inhale.

Say to yourself,

I have trust in,

And then name what you want to trust.

Exhale.

For example,

I have trust in getting my dream home.

Feel it flowing through your body and imagine it as if you already have it.

Finish yourself five more times and enjoy the music for a while before opening your eyes again.
