Welcome,

Beautiful soul,

To this morning Sankalpa practice.

If your personal Sankalpa has not yet revealed itself,

That is perfectly fine.

Today we will practice with a gentle helper Sankalpa.

I am open to receive my true Sankalpa when the time is right.

This practice invites trust,

Patience and readiness for what is to come.

Find a comfortable seat,

Either on a cushion,

Chair or simply upright in bed.

Close your eyes softly,

Take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Expand,

Exhale and soften.

One more time,

Inhale fully and let go with your exhale,

Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.

Feel the gentle waves of each inhale and exhale.

Place one or both hands gently over your heart,

Bring your awareness to this quiet space of warmth and presence.

As you inhale,

Sense your heart softly expanding,

As if there is more space around you.

As you exhale,

Feel your heart softening and opening.

Breathe like this for a few moments,

Resting in openness and trust.

Now,

Silently repeat the helper Sankalpa within.

I am open to receive my true Sankalpa when the time is right.

Let the words be soft,

Almost like a whisper to your heart.

Repeat them three times with sincerity.

I am open to receive my true Sankalpa when the time is right.

I am open to receive my true Sankalpa when the time is right.

I am open to receive my true Sankalpa when the time is right.

Feel how this phrase settles into your body,

Like a seed of trust planted in fertile soil.

Continue repeating for a few more breaths,

Gently,

Without pressure.

Each time you say it,

Let the sense of openness deepen.

I am open to receive my true Sankalpa when the time is right.

Now,

Imagine the new day unfolding before you.

See yourself moving through the day with this openness alive in you.

Notice how it feels to carry trust instead of pressure.

Imagine small moments where you pause,

Breathe and remember.

I am open to receive my true Sankalpa when the time is right.

Let this openness guide you into lightness and flow.

Take one more deep,

Soft breath in and exhale fully.

Bring your palms together in front of your heart.

Repeat the Sankalpa once more.

I am open to receive my true Sankalpa when the time is right.

Carry it with you into your day,

A gentle compass of openness and trust.

Namaste.

I just loved it, especially in challenging moments, having this trust, openness and love of the present moment is as well help- as wonderful. Thank you, dear Monika!
