Welcome to this womb blossoming meditation.
The womb is such a phenomenal piece of not just being a woman but just being a human in and of itself.
And whether or not you have a physical womb or what we call a psychic womb,
This meditation is for you.
This is a great start to beginning a relationship and opening up a connection to the womb and all of the beautiful and wonderful love and knowledge and wisdom that she holds.
So let us begin by taking a comfortable seat,
Perhaps a lie down and make yourself comfortable.
Find a warm cozy blanket and I like to use a eye cover or you know even just a bandana to cover over the eyes just to make sure that all of the light,
The distracting light is blocked out.
And once you find your best most comfortable position,
Maybe give yourself a little bit of a wiggle and get right into those nooks and crannies of comfort.
And take a deep breath in and a slow breath out.
And do that one more time just to really start to anchor yourself into this moment,
Breathing in through the nose down past the belly into the pelvic floor and a soft exhale maybe through the mouth.
And placing your hands,
Let's do one hand over the womb,
Whatever one is intuitively called.
And we're going to begin by placing the other hand over the heart.
We'll eventually meet both hands down at the womb but for now let's connect with these two power centers of the heart and the womb.
And start to just feel not only your breath as it cycles through the body,
Bringing in this beautiful prana,
This life force into each and every cell that exists within.
But start to feel the warmth of your hands or perhaps your hands feel slightly cool to the touch.
Let's check in with these spots here,
The ones that are making connection to the hands.
Continue to breathe.
Start to draw the breath into the heart space.
So collecting all of this prana into the heart.
And as you inhale,
Allow the inhale to descend down into the womb.
Exhale allow the exhale to ascend,
So rising up from the womb back to your heart.
Inhale into the heart,
Down into the womb,
Filling up the womb with this beautiful energy.
And then exhale up out of the womb and out of the heart.
Just creating this cycle of inhales and exhales,
Breathing in the new,
Filling up the womb and exhaling the old out of the heart.
If any thoughts start to dip in at this moment,
Just think of them as passing clouds.
And then just come back to this breath.
In through the heart,
Down into the womb,
Exhale out of the womb,
Out of the heart.
Now the hand that's on your heart,
Come down and bring it to meet the hand that's over the womb.
Below the belly button,
In the low belly area,
Maybe even on or just above the pubic bone.
And now feel.
Feel both hands cradling,
Holding,
Nurturing the space.
Bring all of your awareness,
Your love and attention to the space in your body.
I want you to picture what your womb would look like if you could see it in your mind's eye.
Don't stress too much about the anatomy and how it looks.
Don't stretch too much about the right or wrong way to do this.
Just the first image that comes to your mind when you think of your womb space.
Picture the womb.
And then start to imagine.
Breathing into the space and breathing out.
As you hold this image of the womb in your mind's eye,
Don't lose that connection of the hands on your body.
Feel the warmth or coolness of the hands.
And breathe in.
Start to see the womb blossoming.
See the flowers begin to emerge from all around and just showering your womb with all these beautiful images of every kind of flower that you can imagine.
Start to feel the blossoming of the womb within you.
Start to notice the brightness of the womb as the flowers begin to blossom and emerge.
Start to feel a new sense of awakening as your womb begins to awaken with you.
Think of this as you offering a decoration,
Offering a gift to your womb,
Offering a peace offering to your womb.
See the womb in its glory as it shines and brightens and blossoms.
Opening and awakening ready to offer you her wisdom.
Sharing her intuition and sharing her knowledge,
Her inner knowing with you.
Now place this image of this beautifully decorated blossomed womb.
Place that image into the space where your hands are.
Press this womb,
This beautifully decorated womb down into your body.
Feel the vibration,
Feel the hum of her coursing through your veins.
Feel the love shooting and feeling expanding your heart bigger than you've ever felt it before.
Feel her energy rise up your spine,
Opening the eye of intuition.
And as you continue to breathe into this space,
You feel illuminated,
You feel rewild,
You feel empowered.
And then just quietly speak to her,
Say,
I am here for you.
Tell her I love you.
Say to her,
I am open to our connection.
I will never abandon you again.
Notice what feelings or emotions begin to rise.
And tell her again,
I love you.
I will never abandon you.
I am with you.
Continue to listen to her gentle whispers and feel the emotions rise through you.
Consider this your awakening.
Consider this your first connection,
Your first true connection to your womb.
Stay with her.
Let her guide you.
Comfort her and consult with her often.
For she is all knowing.
For she is unconditional love.
For she is you.
Take a deep breath in.
Slowly exhale.
And stay here for as long as you like.
Continue on your journey.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes and let her guide you.
