Come back to the rhythm of your peace. This is a simple yet effective guided meditation that can take you back to a place where peace rules your body. Sometimes, we need to feel into our breath and visualize the places of dis-ease and discomfort leaving our energetic and physical body. By doing so, we allow ourselves to surrender to peace to make the spaces we need for recalibrating the soul and reclaiming our sovereignty. xo, Monica

Welcome and namaste to this unique meditation where we focus on releasing and orientating through our emotional state regarding the coronavirus.

So take a moment now and find your comfortable position and of course let's start with a nice big breath in and out.

And again breathing in so deep,

So deep,

So deep and a nice big sigh.

As you find those nooks and crannies of comfort start to tap into your breath and just follow the ebb and flow of your inhale and exhale.

Bringing yourself to the here and now and letting go of any expectation or responsibility other than being present.

So often times when we are living in our head as opposed to our body or when we're constantly thinking about the what ifs then it starts to shift and change and disrupt our internal energy,

Our balance of our energetic body.

So today is about being present and acknowledging these emotions or these feelings we have due to the current state of events.

So as you breathe in I want you to start thinking about what disrupts you or what shakes you up when you hear the word coronavirus or when you hear the word pandemic or when you hear the word mask or anything associated with this pandemic.

Just kind of go through this dialogue in your mind all of the words that are triggering to you and allow the feelings to rise up so don't fight anything that's starting to bubble up and surface.

You might feel uncomfortable but I want you to just continue to allow your breath to be a steady rhythm to keep you here and present like a metronome just keeping the beat and the time of this moment and just slowly and gently guiding you through this process.

Keep connecting with your breath notice if it changes just keep breathing.

Perhaps you know the same words might repeat over and over in your mind and that's okay.

Just whatever starts to sort of crack the egg a little bit and allowing these emotions to ooze and spill up towards the surface here.

Whenever you are safe you are safe.

And then start to orientate these feelings where do you feel them in your body?

Perhaps you're feeling a little constricted in the throat or the chest.

Perhaps tingling or numbness.

Maybe even any aches and pains in your body.

Just any subtle disruptions and changes,

Unbalances.

Where do you feel these emotions and this rise up of energy that's uncomfortable for you?

Where do you feel that in your body?

You're safe.

I'm here with you.

And just allow your breath to continue to pace through.

Simply breathing in and just let a little sigh out.

And then start to connect back to this these feelings this emotion this disruption of energy within you.

And I want you to every time you breathe out see this release from your body.

It could be like a dark cloud of smoke.

It could be you know just little particles exiting your body.

Whatever resonates with you.

And just see it being pulled from those parts of your body traveling up and out of your mouth.

Just as you go through this release feel the sovereignty the power that you are reclaiming back over your own self.

Feel that reconnection back to the soul.

Start to enliven.

Each breath out is a release.

And each breath in is new life new breath.

And slowly you start to notice yourself shifting into a place of weightlessness and freedom power.

Balance and just keep cycling through this until you really feel like you've come back to your center.

Releasing from your body what is no longer serving and just calling in to the body what needs to be served.

Knowing that you are safe.

And just finally let's just take a deep breath in and I want you to just hold this breath just hold it for a little moment here and just honor the suspension in time.

Just feel sort of that bubbling up of beautiful life by vital energy.

And then exhale.

Feel like a deflating balloon.

Just kind of letting go of that stagnant air.

And again inhale deep breath in filling up filling up hold allow the body to use what it needs from this breath.

And then breathe out slowly and gently breathe out breathe out breathe out carrying any any remnants of anything that's left over and just releasing it out of the body.

Remember your breath.

Remember your sovereignty.

Remember this moment and how you feel.

Feel your heart with gratitude for all the people for all the things in your life.

For all of those moments that bring joy and a smile to your face.

Sending love and blessings to you.

Namaste.

Thank you for this. I’m a doc and have strong feelings around this topic, as pretty much everyone does! I had forgotten about breathing out darkness. I used this technique very effectively in the past and appreciate you offering it to me again here. From my heart to yours.
