The Bao Mai is very sensitive to emotional stress and anxiety. When we experience extremes of emotions, it may affect the heart and the receptivity of the womb/sacral space as well as has a direct effect on the way the qi/life force energy and blood moves through our body. The Bao Mai is built on 3 energy centres - The Heart, The Womb, The Kidneys. This is an active practice, meaning you are invited to move your hands over these spaces, however, the practice is yours to receive in whatever way you need it most. Sending you so much love, MONICA. NOTE TO LISTENER: Whether or not you have your physical womb in place or do not move through a monthly cycle, you can still receive this transmission. There is an energetic imprint that is permanent within you.

Welcome to this bao mai noticing practice.

Thank you for being here with me.

Thank you for being here with your womb.

The womb is the physical and energetic chalice of our being and all life is conceived here beyond just human life.

It's the place where new creations,

Ideas,

And projects are all conceived and nurtured from formless into form.

In traditional Chinese medicine,

The bao mai noticing practice shows us that the bao mai,

Known as the uterus vessel,

Is the avenue that the heart and the uterus communicates and sends energy through.

It sends emotionally charged blood to the sacral space or the womb where it will hold on to it until the next menstrual cycle or a deep emotional clearing.

And with that being said,

It doesn't matter if you have your physical womb still in place.

It doesn't matter if you are still bleeding or not bleeding.

It is the energy of this imprint that we all hold as women.

The bao mai system consists of three parts.

The heart which houses our shen or our spirit.

The womb which houses our yin energy,

Our feminine energy,

And the kidneys which is our powerhouse of qi or vitality.

So in this short yet potent practice,

We will explore all three of these within the bao mai noticing practice.

So when you are ready,

Perhaps even tuning into your womb and asking your body if you would like to receive this transmission sitting,

Laying,

Or even standing.

Finding a quiet and intimate spot and perhaps even putting on some headphones to shut out any outside noise or distraction.

And if you'd like to really get fancy with it,

Lighting a candle to start your ceremony,

Start your practice,

Start your receiving.

So begin by finding your comfortable position and taking a big juicy deep breath in.

And just breathing out softly,

Perhaps allowing a little bit of a sigh to start to form.

And maybe doing this a few more times,

Noticing how the inhale feels,

How deep it goes,

And I really would encourage you to add a little bit of a sound or a tone on the exhale from that space of the low belly,

From the womb,

And see what it is,

Hear what it is that she's resonating at.

And once you feel complete here,

Just grounding into the energy of Mother Earth.

Feeling where the parts of your body are connecting to a solid surface.

Knowing that you are safe,

Your body is safe.

The invitation now is to place one hand over your heart and one hand over your low belly.

And just take a moment to connect with that,

Feeling your hands landing on your vessel.

And with a deep inhale,

Take both hands now and just place them onto your heart here to start.

Breathing into the heart space,

Imagining a beautiful portal beginning to open in the center of your chest.

Your hands radiating,

Channeling a beautiful light into your heart.

And this light starts to turn into warm nectar.

And this light starts to turn into warm nectar.

Awakening the spirit that sits in the heart,

The spirit of love,

The spirit of kindness and forgiveness.

And even just the overall spirit of what keeps you alive.

And allow this portal to continue to breathe in this beautiful light.

And then alchemizing it into this warm nectar as it starts to overflow the chambers and drips down the center of your body.

And I want you to take your hands and maybe trace down your midline and breathe into this connection.

Tracing from the heart down the midline to the low belly,

To the womb energy,

To that space,

That house of yin.

And with each breath,

You continue to circle back to the heart,

Drawing this nectar down into the womb.

Breathing fresh energy into your heart.

Charging the blood with aliveness and clarity and flow.

Notice if you begin to feel anything in your body,

Maybe you feel emotional,

Maybe you feel tingles,

Maybe you feel a heaviness even in your womb space.

That's okay too.

Acknowledge her.

Help her work through this density as you nourish her with this beautiful nectar of love.

And feel into your body and notice when she feels complete with this practice here before we move on.

And when you are ready,

I would invite you to take one more channeled juicy breath of light into your body and allow that soft sigh or maybe a scream,

Whatever feels right here in this moment.

Whatever the exhale looks like for you.

And place your hands now,

Move them to the mid back.

So touching your ribs about where your kidneys reside.

So right at the base of the ribs in the back there.

And this is the home of your reserves of your vitality.

And see what it might feel like to send some breaths to your kidneys.

Feel it contracts and expand into your palms.

With each breath,

Feel into how your reserves feed into your womb space,

Your energy center of the sacral home.

The intention here could even be to replenish her with what we call your jing or your essence.

Replenishing your womb with essence.

Your unique energetic imprint.

And allowing this energy to wrap around your waist.

And allowing this energy to wrap around your waist.

And take your hands even and follow this energy around your waist back to your low belly.

And just stay here for a moment.

What's coming up for you right now?

With both hands here in this space.

Notice any visions in your mind's eye,

Any feelings,

Emotion,

Signals in your body.

And then bringing the hands back up to where we began.

Back up to our heart.

Coming full circle here as we begin and end in love.

Offering deep gratitude to your vessel.

Deep gratitude to the heart for beating as she does.

Gratitude for the womb and the energy she holds and all that she creates.

Deep gratitude for the kidneys for being our batteries and animating us through the day.

And animating us through the day.

Holding our beautiful unique divine essence.

Taking one final inhale here and remembering that light and that nectar flowing through your veins now and maybe expanding it all the way to all four corners of the earth.

Perhaps beyond one big giant burst of love.

And the exhale calls your energy back in protected,

Cleared,

And light.

Thank you for noticing your bow my noticing your heart and your womb.

Replenishing and acknowledging your kidneys.

And coming into this beautiful practice with me.

Bless.
