Starseed Chakra Meditation

A unique meditation to integrate the cosmic energy of the Starseeds into our own energetic system - the Chakras. Release, activate and align each chakra point while elevating your vibration with Universal consciousness.

Welcome and Namaste.

My name is Monica and I will be guiding you today through a star seed chakra meditation.

Now our chakra system is a system that is responsible for distributing our life force energy or our prana or our chi and located seven points up the spine starting from the root which is at the base of the spine all the way up our body until finally we get to the seventh chakra which is at the crown or a few inches above the head.

Star seeds are entities or energies a level of consciousness that operate on a spiritual frequency that is elevated beyond our earthly realms.

Now a star seed consciousness can be channeled or integrated into our chakra system in order to integrate into higher levels of dimensional living for example 4D,

5D,

Etc.

As well as brings us to a frequency that is more matched with our higher self so it's strengthened.

So by doing this we allow ourselves to be guided by our inner knowing and you know it creates a soul spark when we integrate the star seed consciousness with our own.

So traditionally chakra meditations are done from the bottom up but in order to do a star seed meditation we're going to channel in the energy of the universal consciousness of the star seeds from the crown anchoring down into our root.

So let's begin.

When you are ready finding a comfortable position for you and then closing your eyes down and start to tune into your breath breathing in and out.

And with every exhale you feel the weight of the world just melting off your shoulders,

Off your hips,

Off your mind.

And start to anchor into this present moment the here and now.

Maybe in drawing in your breath a little bit deeper past the belly down into the pelvic floor and breathing out from the pelvic floor slowly and out the mouth.

And making sure that our jaw is free of tension.

We're not holding any tension in our forehead so just relaxing and unfurling the brow.

And then begin to draw your awareness to the universe,

The space,

The vastness of the universe itself.

Feel yourself in this vastness.

Become a part of it as you are.

You start to feel this overwhelming sense of connection.

You start to feel a beautiful energy surrounding you.

A loving,

Compassionate and wise energy.

Energy of light,

An energy of soul,

An energy of infinite.

This is star seed energy.

As you breathe in you feel this energy begin to seep into your body as it is.

Filling in each and every cell.

And you are called to bring your awareness to the top of your head at the crown.

And bring this energy to ignite this crown chakra.

This beautiful violet spinning wheel of energy just a few inches above your head.

Releasing obsession and allowing a calming,

Abiding feeling overwhelm your body.

Here we are connected to our universal consciousness,

Enlightenment,

All knowing,

Divine truth.

See this violet spinning wheel of energy,

Vibrant and illuminated.

And anchor it in by quietly saying,

I am divine.

You begin to notice this energy drawing down,

Melting into the forehead where it taps into the center of your brow,

Illuminating the third eye.

An indigo blue color,

A spinning wheel of energy right in the middle of your forehead.

Where center of intuition releasing confusion and ignorance.

And here the star seeds bring us the knowledge of true will and intuition.

Feel the sense of all knowing and intuition to be part of your reality.

See the spinning wheel of indigo light and anchor it in with I am intuitive.

And this energy begins to descend down over your chin into the center of your throat where it vibrates a beautiful royal blue.

And here it brings us the knowledge of creativity,

Communication,

Releases misunderstanding and hatred and allows us to speak our truth.

It is a royal blue or turquoise spinning wheel of energy.

See and feel this energy.

Feel the openness of your throat and the wisdom of the star seeds to speak clearly and concisely,

To speak kindly about yourself and others.

And breathe in.

And to anchor in this energy we say I speak my truth always and unapologetically.

I speak my truth always and unapologetically.

The energy,

This consciousness of star seed wisdom begins to descend and melt down like warm nectar into the center of your chest where it illuminates your heart,

This emerald green of vibrant light spinning in a clockwise motion in the center of your chest,

The gateway between physical and spiritual realms.

The heart chakra is our bridge.

And here we release apathy,

Non-engagement,

Grief.

And we bring in the knowledge of love,

Pleasure,

Forgiveness,

Compassion and trust.

See this beautiful energy spinning in emerald green,

Filling your entire body with self-love.

Anchor in this energy we say I am a being of love.

I am a being of love.

Connecting this energy now down into the solar plexus where we reach our physical energy centers responsible for our interaction in this physical world.

Our solar plexus is a sunshine yellow and radiates and shines our personality into the world.

See this beautiful spinning wheel of yellow energy right above your belly button in the middle of your belly releasing fear and anxiety,

Guilt and shame and allowing in courage,

Confidence,

Self-esteem,

Personal power and happiness.

See and feel this radiant yellow spinning in a clockwise direction.

And here we say I am radiant.

Continuing to allow this star seed consciousness to send into our sacral chakra,

The point below our belly button in between our hip bones right in the center,

A beautiful orange vibrant color spinning in a clockwise motion bringing in the knowledge of creative force,

Pleasure and releasing anger and resentment.

It is our center of creativity,

Manifestation,

Self-worth,

Sacred sexuality.

Here it is our connection with our relationships,

A feeling of sensuality.

See and feel this energy center spinning in a clockwise motion,

A vibrant orange.

And here we say I am a true manifestor of my desires.

Breathe in.

And as you exhale,

Invite this energy down into our root chakra,

The base of our spine,

A ruby red energy vibrating and illuminating,

Releasing frustration and blockages and allowing healing,

Allowing grounding,

Stability,

Physical needs being met,

Our security and our survival,

Our connection to the material world,

Feeling safe and secure.

See this beautiful spinning red wheel of energy at the base of your spine illuminated and ignited.

Notice any subtle feelings,

Words or visuals that may came up.

And here we say I am safe,

Secure and grounded.

And take a deep breath in and a slow breath out.

And just feel these energy systems becoming aligned,

Balanced and harmonious within you.

From the top of your head,

Drawing in this universal energy,

Traveling down the body and plugging into your root,

You feel a new elevation.

You feel a connection to higher realms and a deeper connection with your soul and higher self.

You are integrating with the wisdom and knowledge of the ancients,

The star seeds of cosmic knowing.

Bask in this for a moment longer as you continue to heal and process and shift into this frequency.

Begin to take a slow,

Deep breath in,

Integrating with this physical world,

Beginning to notice the clothes on your skin,

The temperature in the room and where you take up space.

Allow yourself a moment or two before opening up the eyes.
