Welcome and namaste.

Today we allow our womb to have a voice.

Free writing is a technique that allows your pen to be guided by a stream of consciousness that exists deep within.

It's about getting out of the head and into the soul,

Not worrying about grammar,

Spelling,

Writing in the lines,

Or even how nice our penmanship looks.

Just right from your heart and in this case,

Your womb.

You'll be guided through various questions and prompts to keep the voice of the womb and the heart open and communicative.

So feel free to pause at any time if you feel like you need a little extra time to write or allow this stream of consciousness to flow if I'm jumping to the next question.

So if there's any moment where you are feeling inspired and creative,

Allow the words to form onto your paper and remember that this is a direct communication from your heart and your womb.

So hopefully by now you have your pen and your paper or your journal and notebook.

And let's get started.

So first let's begin by taking time to connect with our womb and our heart space just by placing both of our hands over our womb space in our low belly.

And taking some deep breaths in and out.

Just breathing in deep allowing this beautiful prana to seep down into the heart,

Carrying self love and compassion down into the womb as we inhale.

And just softly exhale,

Anchoring us into the present moment here.

Continuing to breathe as you quietly express to your womb that this is her opportunity to have a voice,

To let her do the talking today.

And that you vow not to overthink about what it is you're writing or to take control over the writing,

Just simply allowing the pen to flow on the page.

Reflecting from our heart about any emotions,

Sensations,

Visuals,

Memories that are arising during this process and reflecting from our womb about anything that is coming up for you and your whole body.

What is your body's wisdom trying to communicate with you here today?

When we embark on this journey we start to rediscover our own latent gifts and gain a deeper sensitivity and a deeper knowing of what you are here for.

And the womb is here to guide us.

So remember to write from a place of non-judgment and self-care,

Compassion and love.

And tapping into the womb space and just quietly connecting with her as you say,

I am open to receive your wisdom.

And when you are ready,

Grabbing a hold of your pen and we will begin with our first question.

And that is,

Where in my life do I need to make space?

Take a moment and let this sink in.

Breathe into it.

Ask your womb,

Where in my life do I need to make space and just write?

It could be a jumble of words,

Feelings,

It could be pictures or doodles.

Breathing in.

And our next question.

What do I need to forgive myself for right now?

Ask your womb,

What do I need to forgive myself for right now?

And just being aware of any feelings and emotions that may be drawing up here and allowing them to surface in order to release.

In order to make space,

We need to release and let go.

As we breathe in,

We draw in the question of where does fear live in your body?

Where does fear live in your body?

And we're going to end with our next question.

And we're going to start by putting that up with,

What makes you passionate?

What inspires you and brings you into the fullness of life?

What does fear live in your body?

Let's switch gears for a minute here.

Let's tap into our sacred sexuality.

And I want you to ask yourself here.

Are you able to love your body in total acceptance?

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Do you trust the masculine?

Do you trust the masculine totally?

Ask your womb,

Ask your heart,

Do you trust the masculine?

If you feel yourself getting a little overwhelmed,

Remember the root.

Ground yourself into that loving nature of our Mother Earth.

Just allow the pentaflow.

Do you trust the masculine totally?

And where does power live in your body?

So we talked about where fear lives,

But where does power live in your body?

What does power live in your body?

What is holding you back?

Remember to stay tapped in,

Allowing these lines to be free and open for communication.

Ask yourself what wants to be created.

How can you tend to your needs more attentively?

Let your womb tell her story.

What am I most proud of about myself?

And I want you to follow up with what brings me the most joy and how can I add more of it into my life?

What am I most proud of about myself and what brings me the most joy and how can I add more of it into my life?

Feel into your body,

Into your heart,

Into your soul.

And let's plant some dream seeds and intentions.

So as we know,

The womb is the ultimate creatrix and whatever seeds we plant in here,

She nourishes.

So let's tap into our room for a second.

Just close your eyes.

Just think about the womb and the heart,

Breathing into these spaces here.

Think about the energy of the earth surrounding you and protecting you,

Rooting you down.

Tapping back into the womb.

And then ask your womb,

What are my dreams,

Desires and visions for how I wish to show up fully for myself from this point on?

What are my dreams and visions for how I wish to show up fully for myself from this point on?

Keep it in this moment so it's something you can feel truly capable of achieving.

What's coming up for you here?

And then finally setting an affirmation to sort of lock in this frequency.

Always begin your affirmations with I.

I want you to ask your womb for the affirmation that is in alignment with your frequency,

Your highest self right here and right now.

What is the first thing that comes to your mind with the statement I,

I am,

I follow,

I see,

I express,

I am,

I am,

I am.

You may get more than one coming through.

And I would even take this affirmation and write it down on a post-it note or multiple and place it in different places where you know you will see it at least once or twice a day.

Remembering that these are affirmations directly from the womb wisdom in the highest alignment with your highest self.

I truly hope these bring you some beautiful moments of reflection and aha moments that support you in your womb connection journey.

Lots of love.

Have a blessed day.

These question were very powerful. I had to definitely pause between each question to write. It took me about 45 minutes in total. I would have loved it to be a continuous meditation with background music and lots and lots of space in between questions. Other than that, I was grateful for the depth of questions I was invited to ask my womb about.
