Hello and welcome to the meditation on self-love and self-care.

Self-love is a series of actions one takes to feel close,

Compassionate,

And affectionate toward one's innermost self.

The innermost self is the part of ourself that we rarely show other people.

The one who hides behind intricately constructed identities like careers or relationships.

Who keeps our secrets and feels our shame and thinks thoughts we can't say out loud.

Connecting with and being kind to this part of ourselves helps us show up with courage and passion.

Now get into a comfortably relaxed space and take a few cleansing breaths in and out.

Now we'll begin our affirmations.

Today I make space for myself and honor my needs.

I love and respect myself because I know my value and I am worthy.

I am one of a kind and there is no one else like me in the world.

I give myself permission to do what is right for me.

My mind,

Body,

And soul are my top priorities.

I am loved by family and friends.

I love myself unconditionally.

I am worthy of love from myself and others.

I am centered at peace and in love with myself.

I am allowed to put myself first.

I am allowed to say no to anything that doesn't serve my highest good.

I let go of worries that drain my energy.

I make space in my life for silence.

Practicing self-care is the kindest thing I can do for myself and my loved ones.

I treat myself with love,

Kindness,

And acceptance because I know my worth.

When I serve myself first,

I am better equipped to serve others.

Self-care is not selfish.

It is a kindness for myself and others.

I give myself permission to rest.

I enjoy my body and take good care of it.

I take excellent care of myself.

I lovingly nurture my mind,

Body,

And spirit.

I succeed and thrive when I feel rested and fulfilled.

I care for myself with love as I do for my child or my best friend.

I will be kind to myself today.

I deserve compassion.

I give myself permission to be.

I embrace rest,

Relaxation,

Fun,

And play.

I create positive habits that support my mind,

Body,

And soul.

Every choice I make is based in self-care and self-love.

I deserve the same love and attention that I so willingly offer to others.

Taking care of myself is my first responsibility.

I have the power to create profound positive change in my life.

I take care of the future by taking care of the present moment.

I am choosing to show up for myself today and every day.

I enjoy my mind and the way I think.

I give myself permission to slack off.

I laugh with myself.

I am becoming the best version of myself.

My possibilities are endless.

I deserve true happiness each and every day.

I create ever-flowing abundance through joy,

Gratitude,

And self-love.

I am allowing myself to live in the moment and release any worries about the past or future.

I have the freedom and power to create the life I desire.

I choose to be kind to myself and love myself unconditionally.

I'm doing my best and that is enough.

Every day is a chance to start fresh.

Wherever I am on my journey is where I'm supposed to be.

I deserve success.

I am open to future opportunities.

My actions create constant prosperity.

I accept myself the way I am.

I honor my body by trusting the signals that it sends me.

I treat myself kindly and with compassion.

Asking for help is a sign of strength,

Not weakness.

I radiate good energy into the world.

I am capable of achieving great things.

My goals and dreams are within reach.
