Welcome to this guided energizing meditation.

I invite you to sit either on a chair or cross-legged on the floor.

Sit comfortably with your back straight but without unnecessary tension.

Light a scented candle if you wish and relax.

Just visualize the serenity of your environment and appreciate your body.

Take a deep breath through your nose and then through your mouth.

Just take a couple of these breaths and allow your body to relax and muscles to soften.

Slowly close your eyes and fill your body with your breath.

A moment of enjoying this feeling.

Just enjoy.

Do nothing and gently close your eyes.

Let your body resolve into a cloud of sensation.

Pay close enough attention so as to relinquish the form of your body,

The shape of your hands,

Your back and head.

Just let each new sensation appear in consciousness.

And among these many sensations are those of the breath.

Now notice whatever sounds you hear.

Let your mind expand so it's just the space in which sounds are appearing.

And the moment you notice that you are lost in thoughts,

Watch the thought itself unwind and just come back to noticing sensations and sounds.

Observe that you don't actually choose the next thing you'll notice.

Whatever it is,

Everything is simply appearing,

Including acts of attention.

You don't know what you will pay attention to in the next moment.

See if you can drop back into that position of merely witnessing whatever happens.

Again,

The moment you notice that a thought is present,

Witness it clearly.

Where does it go?

And then briefly look for the thinker.

Look for the seed of attention.

Look for what's looking.

And then leave your mind at rest in that broad space of awareness.

Become clearly aware of the sensations in your body.

And let's return to that undifferentiated cloud of sensations.

Temperature,

Pressure,

Tingling,

Whatever is there.

And whenever you are ready,

Take a few deep breaths.

Now affirm this,

With each breath I am healing and no amount of negative energy will hurt me.

I am meant to be happy at work.

No stressors are winning over my career.

I am beautiful from the inside out.

My spirit oozes greatness to eternity.

My family believes in me and I am doing my best.

My career will grow beyond expected limits.

I disavow myself of all inferiorities and I wear prosperity and success.

My nourishment comes from all the environments I find myself and from above.

I am the best.

Pause.

Listen to yourself.

Touch your heart and feel your heartbeat.

Listen to the language of your body.

I take in all doses of calm and exhale fears,

Inferiority,

Sickness,

Pain,

Exhaustion,

And procrastination.

The universe is sending me all my desires.

Pause for 30 seconds as you receive all these wonderful proclamations.

My natural state of being is composed and tranquil.

I honor myself by dropping all past problems.

My soul breathes.

My giver fills me.

My lovely universe,

I stand amazed.

Mother Nature commands my ways.

I let my breathe and I touch the Sun.

I allow the inner peace to illuminate my body and command my good health.

Pause for 10 seconds before you open your eyes.

Breathe peace now and keep breathing.

As you are being filled with calmness and peace,

Stand and face up.

Now reflect goodness,

Good mindset,

And good health.

You are energized.

You are well.

And gently open your eyes.
