Hello and welcome to the meditation on affirming your boundaries.
Boundaries are the delineating space that marks where you begin and end.
Boundaries are defined as that which serves to indicate bounds or limits.
They are your wants,
Your needs,
And your desires communicated in a firm and supporting way.
In this boundaries affirming meditation,
You will discover affirming statements that help to define who you are,
What you want,
And that it's good to make your identity known to yourself and others.
Let's begin.
I am worthy and deserving of setting and maintaining boundaries that serve me.
It is safe for me to share my boundaries with others.
I am divinely protected and supported.
No one could be better at being me.
I am one of a kind and worthy of love and admiration.
I release the need to control other people's opinions and feelings about me.
I am not responsible for other people's emotions and behaviors.
No is a complete sentence,
And I don't have to explain or justify my boundaries.
I am allowed to feel good and to experience pleasure in life.
I am allowed to take up space,
To have desires,
And to have a voice.
I will surround myself by people who would love and support me unconditionally.
It's easy for me to share my boundaries with others.
I deserve to take care of myself and say no when I want to.
I am worthy of protecting my own energy.
Boundaries are a practice in truth and love.
How people treat me is their karma.
How I react is mine.
I am allowed to ask for what I need.
Today I will do my best.
I am not on this earth just to please others.
I forgive myself for things I cannot change.
I use my power to intentionally create my future moving forward.
I deserve to take care of myself and say no when I want to.
I listen to my intuition.
It is safe for me to share my authentic self with others around me.
I am accepting of my sensitivity.
I am authentic.
I will learn how to set healthy boundaries.
Being sensitive is my superpower.
I will practice self-care in my profession to protect my sensitivities.
I am choosing to nurture myself.
I am important and my life has meaning.
I free myself of all emotions that are not mine to carry and I willingly give them back to their source.
I am always safe and divinely protected.
I accept responsibility for what I allow.
I take time for myself.
I develop standards that are true to who I am.
I allow myself to grow.
I am committed to making myself a priority.
I allow self-care to be a priority in my life.
Now,
Take these boundary affirmations and allow them to absorb into your subconscious.
May you frequently hear these words and let them guide you throughout your life's journey.
