Hello and welcome to this clearing energy meditation.
Starting to close the eyes now,
Allowing the eyelids to be heavy,
Settling the micro-movements within the eyes,
Surrendering to this space and moment.
There's nothing to see or do right now.
You can just give yourself permission to be.
Be here now,
Allowing the hands to release,
Not gripping or holding onto anything.
And just being,
Feeling the muscles softening,
Relaxing the jaw,
Dropping the shoulders,
The edges and sharpness of the body,
Smoothing and releasing,
Finding stillness within now,
A sense of calm,
Starting to feel a little cool air against your skin.
Not uncomfortable or unpleasant,
But slightly cold.
The coolness is welcomed and balanced by the warmth within you.
Starting to focus the awareness on the cool sensation that starts at the tip of the nose.
With every breath in,
You can feel the cool air.
Inhaling through the nose,
One.
Exhaling,
Two.
Inhale,
Three.
Exhaling,
Four.
Breathing in,
Five.
Breathing out,
Six.
Inhaling,
Continuing to hold the focus at the tip of the nose,
Seven.
Exhaling,
Eight.
Deep inhale,
Nine.
Slowly releasing with the exhale,
Ten.
Starting to visualize that you are outdoors.
A soft wind whistles around you.
It's quiet,
Calm,
And you feel the cold air against your face.
You start to sense and feel something almost wet.
Gentle snowflakes falling from the sky and landing with intention on your cheeks.
Every snowflake completely unique in its design.
The snowflakes fall slowly,
Dancing a bit in the sky before they reach you.
And when they connect with your skin,
They dissolve completely,
Cooling you,
Soothing any tension.
As if the coolness is taking away the heat,
The intensity,
The pressure of the body.
The to-do's,
The worries,
The grind,
The hustle,
The fear,
The frustration.
Cooling all of this tense energy,
Transforming it into clarity and peace.
Slowing down the mind as the snowflakes one by one gently land on your face.
With every snowflake,
Something is cooled,
Released,
Taking a moment to visualize and rest.
The body is shifting from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic.
The heart rate slows,
The breath is deeper.
Your body's digestive system is flowing freely,
And the adrenals are recovering.
The body is at rest now,
Completely relaxed and calm,
Cool with ease and comfort.
In this state of being,
Starting to connect with the joy of the snowflakes that continue to fall.
The magic of this season,
A childlike wonder.
Maybe imagining your hands covered in thick colorful mittens,
Catching the snowflakes now.
Taking in their unique pattern and shape.
How does it feel to be in this moment?
To rest.
And now we are going to tap into the joy even more through a variation of the lion's breath.
On the exhale,
Pressing the tongue out towards the chin,
Tilting the head back slightly.
And imagine catching the snowflakes with your tongue.
Reconnecting with the feeling of just being.
Being at peace.
Being at home within.
Being here now.
Inhaling through the nose.
And together,
Tilting the head back,
Pressing the tongue out,
Catching the snowflakes,
And exhale.
Inhaling,
Cool breath in.
And exhale,
Catching the snowflakes as they fall,
Releasing the breath.
One more deep breath in.
And slowly exhaling with the tongue pressed out,
Feeling that deep sense of joy.
Bringing the lips together in a small smile.
A little sense of knowing and magic.
The body,
Mind,
And soul are now restored.
Realigned with joy.
With calm.
Taking a moment to just be here in this energy.
When you are ready,
Bringing the palms together in prayer position to seal in this energy.
