Hello and welcome to this motivational practice.
Let's start to connect within.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and with the exhale out of the mouth allowing the eyelids to feel heavy and gently closed.
Starting to shift the focus to within.
Noticing your inner landscape,
What's coming up for you here.
Noticing with love what feels good to you and what feels maybe not so good.
Sending the breath to the areas of the body that need it most.
Lovingly release any and all tension.
Inhaling through the nose and slowly releasing with the exhale out.
Inhaling cleansing and exhaling softening.
Breath in and the breath out.
Inhale and exhaling.
Exhaling,
Setting an intention for this final deep breath.
Inhaling with this intention and exhaling slowly releasing.
Maybe feeling a sense of relief now,
A weight lifted,
Tension soothed,
Softened.
Soaking up any goodness that is here for you now.
And as you soak up this goodness like a sponge,
Thinking about the goodness that is already within you.
Maybe it's your kindness,
Your compassion,
Your love for others or animals,
Your hard-working nature,
Your willingness to keep trying.
What goodness lives within you?
Sometimes when life gets busy or change is present,
We can start to feel overwhelmed.
How will I ever get it done?
Can I do this?
Or maybe there are feelings of when.
When will I get to the place I want to be?
When will this happen for me and will it happen?
In life we look to others to help us with these questions,
To support us,
To guide us,
To believe in us.
But that role really only requires one person.
And there's really only one person that can answer the questions that you have.
That one person is yourself.
You don't need to assign that role to anyone else but you.
The role of cheerleader and support.
Because deep down you know that you can do this.
You know that you will get whatever it is that you need to get done,
Done.
You know that you will get there.
That everything that is meant for you will be.
That you can create and manifest anything that you desire.
Because you are you.
Starting to feel into this,
Do you trust yourself?
And do you believe in yourself?
You may not have all of the answers or know exactly how things will unfold.
But showing up means more than always having the right answer.
You can do this.
You can do this.
You can do this.
And you get to do this.
Starting to soak up once again the goodness,
The goodness,
The beautiful energy of believing in yourself.
How does it feel to believe in yourself?
To truly trust that you can do this?
And so much more.

Taking a moment to reflect on what's possible for you.
What's possible through the lens of belief in yourself.

Finding infinite trust in the knowing that you can do this.

And so much more.
