Welcome.
I'd like to invite you to bring your awareness directly into your body.
Witness for a moment what is present without changing anything,
Without adjusting.
Notice your breath,
The way it moves in and out,
The way it moves your rib cage,
Your tissue.
Notice the way your shoulders are sitting and the way your arms are hanging.
Notice how your body is positioned,
Either laying down or seated,
On your support.
And I now invite you to take a deep breath with me.
Inhale and fill your lungs.
Exhale,
Release out of your mouth.
Again,
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out,
Releasing control of your breath and allowing it to move in and out as it naturally does.
I want you to imagine for a moment all of the energy that you've spent today and I want you to call it back in from the places that sucked a little bit more energy than you would have liked.
Call each of those filaments back in.
Witness them coming back to you.
Observe your day and notice where perhaps you lost control of your energy and spent more than you wanted to.
Call it back in now.
Draw your energy lovingly into your body.
Notice the people in your life who you gave too much energy to today and call your energy back lovingly,
Restoring your body,
Restoring your emotional sphere and your mental sphere.
Consider if there was any tasks that took your energy.
Call it back now.
Imagine energy pouring back into your body,
Restoring your vital energy.
And notice if there was anything else today that took more energy than you would have liked.
Draw your energy back.
Imagine filling your body from toe to head.
Now I'd like to invite you to consider what parts of your day nourished you and filled you with energy.
Just witness those moments of energy pouring into your body,
Filling you up.
And open your heart to these moments offering gratitude and thanks.
As you do this,
Notice the sensation that happens within your body.
And then come back and consider another moment that filled you with energy today.
Offer your gratitude and thanks.
Now I'd like to invite you to consider those things or people or events throughout your day today where you would have liked to offer some more energy,
Where it would have filled you to share your energy and do so now.
Offer love to those things,
People,
Those events.
Send love from the front of your body.
Send love from the back of your body.
Offer love from your crown and love from your feet.
And offer love from both sides.
Seeing these opportunities as not gone but here and present now to offer your love and your energy.
Again take a deep inhale.
Exhale sigh and gently I invite you to bring your hands up to your heart.
And offer gratitude for that sacred space within you,
Your storehouse of energy,
Vitality and life force.
And please sit for as long as you need.
