Just take a moment to stop where you are,
As you are,
And feel your feet on the ground.
Take a deep inhale in through the nose,
Fill all the way up,
And then at the top,
Sip just a little bit more in,
And then open your mouth and sigh it out.
Two more.
Inhale through the nose,
Fill all the way up,
Sip just a bit more in,
Open your mouth and sigh it out.
One more inhale,
Sip in a little more,
Open your mouth and sigh it out.
Now just allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm,
And you can return to your day.
