Wherever you are,
However you are,
Take a moment to simply notice whatever part of you is touching the ground and to feel that support and soften into that support.
Soften your shoulders and relax your jaw completely.
As your jaw releases,
Feel how your inner ears grow soft,
Spacious,
Receptive.
And begin to pour the breath along the back of your throat until your breath has the voice of a very soft whisper.
And allow your inner ears to begin to fill with the sound of your breathing.
And listen exactly like you would listen to the sound of the ocean in a seashell.
Just listen.
Maintaining this sense of open,
Spacious listening,
You can move on throughout your day.
