If you're experiencing a moment of overwhelm in your life,

Take this opportunity to simply stop and drop in.

So stop wherever you are,

However you are,

Eyes open or eyes closed,

And feel your feet on the ground.

Experience just this breath here in the space of your chest.

Continue to stay with the breath and as you inhale experience the breath come in through your nose,

Down through the throat to land and to spread in the heart space.

And as you exhale,

Allow your attention to rest in the heart even as the breath moves up and out.

Another time with this breath,

Inhale through the nose,

Through the throat to land and spread in the heart.

Relax your awareness in your heart as you soften and exhale.

One more,

Inhale and exhale.

Your eyes are closed,

Allow your eyes to flutter open and simply move along through your day.

And anytime if you need to come back to just this breath,

It's that easy to find clarity,

A sense of calm,

A sense of peace.
