A grounding Meditation to arrive as you are. An invitation to honor your body and listen to what information it has to give. Then gently connect to your senses and your breath. Allow yourself to arrive in the present moment.

What an honor it is to be here with you in this moment I know you might have had a beautiful day or a relaxing day or maybe there were some challenges take a moment to close your eyes and check in with your body your body has so much information to give you notice any sensations inside your body and any sensation on your skin you may feel sense of uneasiness in your body or you may feel a sense of relaxation you may notice some tension in your shoulders or back notice what your body is trying to tell you and then honor your body's wisdom and also the ability to heal and have an intention for whatever sensation unpleasant or neutral have an intention and ask your body to release and let go anything that doesn't serve you anymore anything that you are prepared to let go if you're in a state of grief then listen listen to what the body has to say and then embrace embrace these emotions that you're feeling in this moment and then taking a moment to become mindful of all your senses and picking a sense that you feel most connected to and focus your attention on that sense for few moments if it's sound listen to sounds inside the room or inside the space that you are sitting or lying and notice any sound at a distance if it's taste that you feel called to pay attention then notice taste in your mouth notice the sensation of saliva moving in your mouth notice your mouth creating saliva and then notice any smell if smell is something you would like to focus on notice the sense of touch or notice what you can see behind closed eyes your senses are a doorway a doorway towards presence it's an invitation to connect with the present moment and when you're ready gently pay attention to your breath and now let breath take center stage notice the air going into your body and notice a space between in-breath and out-breath or perhaps the absence of space notice the rising and falling of your belly as you breathe in and out and then stay here in silence for a moment or two now gently bring your awareness to your mind and your body notice any changes in your body and paying attention to the emotions that are arising notice any difference in your body from when you started trust your body's wisdom and know that you can always written return to your body and sit with yourself feel embrace and if you're ready let go so now gently doing any stretching you would like to do moving your fingers and your toes and then with lots of love and a sense of peace very gently opening your eyes when you're ready
