Welcome,

Welcome home to yourself.

Today we are going to be enjoying an energy clearing and Shakti activation meditation together.

And the purpose of this is to clear out our energy bodies as well as to activate dormant energy,

And to really allow ourselves to embody the divinity and the energy that we truly are.

I invite you to find a comfortable seat.

Using a cushion if that feels good,

Wrapping the shoulders with a shawl or a blanket if it's chilly where you are.

Allow yourself to wiggle and move the neck,

The shoulders,

The spine and just find yourself into a comfortable position.

Let the Shakti decide what needs to release as we begin to find our seats.

And then eventually,

This movement will come to a close.

And you'll find the legs resting,

The feet heavy and relaxed,

The sit bones grounded.

Notice the pelvis,

Neither tilting forward or back,

Small amount of energy at the pelvic floor gently drawing in and up.

Notice the abdomen is supportive.

The spine feels so tall.

The shoulders are resting back and down.

The neck feels free.

And we draw the chin backwards slightly toward the neck,

Letting the chin be parallel to the floor.

So the back of the neck feels super long.

And it helps to elongate us up through the crown of the head.

The eyes can be open,

Closed or somewhere in between.

And just let yourself sink into this posture.

Neither propping ourselves up nor surrendering to gravity and collapsing.

Finding that happy medium and inviting in a few deep breaths.

As I guide you through this meditation today,

Know that you can always pause and stay at any chakra longer,

Or with any of the parts,

The pieces of this chakra meditation longer.

And it's completely up to you.

Today we'll be doing approximately three breaths in most of the arenas.

If you choose to pause and extend,

Know that is always welcomed so that you can clear out,

You can connect.

You can be exactly where you need to be.

With our deep awareness on our breath,

Let's shift our inner focus down to the base of the body to the root chakra,

Mooladhara.

And imagine here a red ball of energy inside the base of the pelvis.

And with all of our loving awareness,

Take three deep breaths here at this red glowing ball inside the body.

Feel into the presence and then allow your inner awareness to shift up inside the body to the lower abdomen,

Right in front of the sacrum,

But still beneath the belly button.

Focusing on an orange orb here.

And again,

Take three deep,

Conscious breaths,

Feeling into the presence of our bodies right here.

Observing anything that comes to the surface without judgment,

Without attachment.

Shifting our inner focus up to the solar plexus,

Place an orange orb inside the abdomen behind the solar plexus.

Taking three deep conscious breaths here.

Inviting anything that doesn't belong to release.

Allowing the inner awareness to shift up to the center of the chest behind the sternum.

Focus on a green ball of energy behind the sternum inside the rib cage.

Taking three conscious,

Full breaths.

Observing anything that arises physical,

Emotional,

Energetic,

Honor and receive,

Then let it go.

Bringing our awareness up inside the neck.

Focusing on a turquoise ball of energy behind the center of the front of the throat,

Right inside the neck.

Three conscious,

Luscious breaths.

Releasing any tension that resides in the neck.

Allowing our inner awareness to float straight up to the inner part of the brain.

This space,

If you placed your finger on your brow center,

And right at the back,

Upper part of the neck where the skull and neck meet,

Right in between those two fingers,

Meet here and focus on a dark blue or indigo ball of energy right in the center of the brain.

Three breaths,

Relaxing the energy around this space.

Float your awareness all the way up to the inner part of the skull and see a violet purple energy right here.

It might expand beyond the crown a little bit,

But feel it really inside the crown today.

Three glorious breaths.

Now that we have cleansed each of our seven chakras,

Let's allow an energetic release coming from each shedding bright,

Brilliant light from one to the next.

And we focus again at the crown of the head.

So feel into that vibrant violet light and breathe a glorious deep breath right here into the crown.

And when they exhale,

Imagine it spilling over like a gentle waterfall coming down to fill up the space of the center of the brain.

Feel that space at the center of the brain as you inhale and let that energy overflow and come down into the neck.

Feel the center of the neck being nourished by this energy.

Breathe in fully the center of the neck and exhale like a gentle waterfall flowing down to the center of the chest.

Let it accumulate here.

Breathing in fully and from that fullness,

Release that all the way over to the solar plexus like a gentle waterfall trickling down through the solar plexus.

Inhaling to the solar plexus,

Fill up with a vibrant energy and exhale it spill over gently and down to the lower abdomen to the womb space.

Fill up the womb space,

The lower abdomen and exhale that all spill down to the base of the body to the pelvic floor.

Breathe in to the pelvic floor.

And anything that you've accumulated that no longer need to release it down into the earth like that waterfall spilling over and absorbing down into the earth.

And bring your awareness back to the base of the body.

With your next inhale,

Feel that energy flow up the left side of the spine from the root all the way up to the brow center.

Pause here.

Shift awareness to the right side of the brow center and exhale down the right side of the spine all the way back down to the root.

Inhaling up the right side of the spine.

Consciously feel that energy flow up to the brow center.

Pause,

Shift over to the left and exhale down the left side of the spine clearing out these side channels.

Breathing in from the root up the left side of the spine all the way back up to the brow.

Exhaling,

Pausing,

Exhaling down the right side of the spine.

Meet at the root and inhale up the right channel up to the brow center.

Pause here,

Shift and come down the left side channel.

Pause at the root and inhale up the left side all the way to the tip top of the brow.

Shift and exhale down the right.

Inhale from the right.

Inhale from the root up to the top of the brow from the right.

Pause,

Shift,

Exhale down the left side channel.

Pause at the base,

Shift to the center of the spine and inhale from the center from the root all the way up through those seven chakras and feel your energy reach all the way to the crown.

Pause,

Exhale,

Release,

Come down the central channel all the way back down to the root.

Notice what you notice,

Feel any sensations.

Inhaling,

Lift that energy from the root up through the central channel all the way up to the crown.

Feel yourself lifting and exhale all the way back down.

One more time.

From the root,

Let all of your focused awareness flow up through the central channel all the way up to the crown.

Pause at the root at the top of the crown,

Top of the breath,

Feel the experience of your Shakti awakening.

And when you're ready for it,

Let it all come back down with the exhale,

Softly releasing back down to the root.

Now shifting to the microcosmic orbit from the root.

Now we're starting to seal all this in.

We reach up with an inhale up the back of the body up through the back of the spine to the crown.

Pause,

Exhale from the crown down the central channel of the front body back down to the root creating a circuit.

Inhaling from the root up the back of the body to the crown.

Exhaling from the crown down to the root.

One more time.

Breathing in,

Lifting up all the way to the crown of the back body.

Exhaling down the front of the body,

Feel it come down the central channel of the front.

Now from here,

Shift your awareness out to your aura,

Feel that outer boundary of your energetic persona.

With your next inhale,

Feel that aura expand.

Feel it strengthen,

Opening wider and wider and wider.

And with the exhale,

Allow that aura to condense to gain strength and sturdiness.

With the exhale,

It comes back in just a little bit.

With the inhale,

It expands like a balloon growing.

You feel it all around you solid and stable.

And with the exhale,

It condenses slightly and tucks back in a little closer to you just to feel that outer boundary so strong,

So solid,

So stable,

No holes,

Nothing to get in.

One more time.

Expand out your consciousness,

Stretch your aura as far as it feels good.

And then bring it in slightly with the exhale so that you know you are safe,

You are protected,

You are surrounded in loving light.

And now allow yourself to just be.

Feel the experience,

Feel the shifts.

Notice any shifts,

Be them physical,

Energetic,

Emotional,

Mental.

Feel your presence.

And when you are ready to close this meditation,

Offer yourself loving gratitude.

Allow the hands to come together at the heart center.

Let's bring our thumbs to our third eyes.

Touching the thumbs to the third eye to bless our thoughts.

Bring the thumbs to the lips.

Blessing our words,

Both the words that we speak outwardly and the words that we speak to ourselves inwardly.

And bring our hands down to our hearts.

Bowing our head slightly.

Blessing our hearts.

Blessing our souls.

May they be the center of our lives,

Guiding us in all we do.

May the light in my heart bow to that brilliant,

Divine light in yours.
