Welcome and thank you for joining me on this journey of exploration through your energy centers,
Your chakras.
We will utilize a set of seven crystals to help awaken and balance each of these energy centers.
Please organize your stones in a color array like the rainbow,
Red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Light blue,
Dark blue,
And violet.
Let's begin by lying down on your back in a quiet,
Peaceful space.
Please place the red stone in your kit at the base of your body on your pubic bone.
Next,
Place an orange stone an inch or two below the navel.
Take the yellow stone and place it at your solar plexus,
An inch or two above your navel.
Please place a green stone at the heart,
Roughly between the nipples.
Next,
Place a light blue stone at the pit of your throat.
A dark blue or indigo colored stone will rest at the third eye.
Just above and between the eyebrows.
Lastly,
Place the purple stone at the crown of the head on the floor.
Now that your stones are in place on each of your chakras,
Let's find a sense of ease and restfulness here on your back.
Let's take a few deep belly breaths,
Feeling your belly rise with each inhale and release with your exhales,
Letting go of everything unwanted right here in the present moment,
Breathing in light,
Life and positive energy,
Breathing out thoughts and feelings that no longer serve you.
With each breath,
Become more aware of your body.
In particular,
Feel the energy of your body.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Slowly,
Let's bring your awareness to your first chakra.
The Muladhara chakra,
Located at the base of the spine.
The color of your root chakra is red.
Feel the red stone start to emit a red ball of light and energy.
Begin to fill this red ball of light and energy with a sense of safety and a feeling of being rooted in the earth.
Your sense of survival and security comes from this chakra.
When the Muladhara chakra is balanced,
Your attention is focused on the root chakra.
When the Muladhara chakra is balanced,
You are dependable and constructive in life.
You are connected to your life's purpose.
You are grounded,
Centered,
Stable and patient.
You have the ability to provide for life's necessities and you are able to manifest your dreams.
The foundation of your life is strong and will support you through anything life has to offer.
The Muladhara chakra is the first ball of light and energy to remain here at the base of the spine.
With your next inhale,
Move your awareness up to the second chakra,
The Svarasthana chakra,
Located at the sacrum.
The color of the sacral chakra is orange.
Feel the orange stone resting on the low abdomen begin to emit an orange ball of light and energy.
With creativity,
Joy and enthusiasm for life.
Your Svarasthana chakra allows you to experience the unfolding potential of your life through many experiences.
This is a chakra of emotions,
To go through the flow of life experiencing passion,
Tears,
Pleasure and pain.
This is a chakra of creative potential,
Positive sexual functions and responsible relationships.
You can find pleasure,
Abundance,
Well-being and a sense of deservedness.
When this chakra is balanced,
You know who you are and what you do is enough.
It is here that you also develop healthy boundaries to protect your vital life force,
Your prana.
Allow this orange ball of light and energy to rest here.
As we continue up to the third chakra.
With your next inhale,
Lift your awareness up to the solar plexus chakra,
Located a couple of inches above your navel.
The color of the Manipura chakra is yellow.
Feel the yellow golden stone resting on your abdomen begin to emit a beautiful,
Brilliant golden ball of light and energy.
Fill this brilliant golden ball of light and energy with expansive growth through your own empowerment.
It is here that you find your self-worth and your vitality.
Your personality and identity grows and develops in this chakra.
You develop confidence,
Leadership,
Personal honor,
Responsibility and empowerment here.
You feel confident in the decisions that you make.
You have a strong,
Resilient and balanced ego and you also know that you are worthy simply because you exist.
Allow this warm ball of golden light and energy to remain here.
As we begin to shift your focus to the next energy center.
With your next inhale,
Lift your awareness to your heart chakra,
Located in the center of the chest at the level of the physical heart.
Allow a green ball of light and energy begin to grow starting at the green stone resting on your chest.
Let this ball grow to encapsulate the physical heart and let it continue to grow and expand beyond it.
Begin to fill this green ball of light and energy with love,
Unconditional love for yourself and for others.
You allow joy,
Compassion,
Kindness,
Peace and a sense of balance to guide your life.
You feel a sense of brotherhood and sisterhood with your community and a willing want to offer selfless service to others.
You embrace life and are able to offer forgiveness and receive a pure sense of happiness in your heart.
Allow this soft,
Kind ball of green light and energy to rest here at your heart as you lift your focus up to the next chakra.
With your next inhale,
Please shift your awareness to the throat chakra,
Vishuddha chakra,
Located at the pit of the throat.
The color of your fifth chakra is blue,
A sky blue or a turquoise blue.
Feel the blue stone resting at the pit of your throat begin to radiate a ball of blue light and energy.
Start to fill this blue ball of light and energy with inspiration,
Creativity and self-expression.
The Vishuddha chakra is your center for clear communication of truth in all aspects of your life.
Your ability to harness your will and to live with integrity come from this chakra.
You have a clear sense that expressing your truth is the key to individuality.
You feel that the sky is the limit when you live fully in the Vishuddha chakra.
You hear clearly,
Both physically and energetically,
What those around you and the universe are telling you.
Allow this radiant blue ball of light and energy to remain here at the throat as you lift your focus up to the next chakra.
With your next inhale,
Please lift your attention to the sixth chakra,
The Ajna chakra,
Located at your third eye or between and just above your eyebrows.
The color of the Ajna chakra is indigo.
Feel the dark blue stone resting at your third eye.
Begin to radiate a beautiful ball of indigo light and energy.
Start to fill this indigo ball of light and energy with living wisdom and intuition.
At the Ajna chakra,
You develop your sense of discernment,
Imagination,
Concentration and your ability to visualize.
You distill your wisdom from your life's experiences,
Both good and bad,
And you understand your life's purpose.
You are able to focus your intelligence to know who you are and what you are is for your highest good and greatest joy.
You have a strong sense of faith in something greater than yourself.
You can be openly spiritual and feel mentally,
Emotionally and spiritually clear.
Allow this radiant indigo ball of light and energy to rest here at the third eye as you shift your focus up to the next chakra.
With your next inhale,
Please move your awareness up to the crown chakra,
The Sahasrara chakra.
The seventh chakra is located at the crown of the head.
The color is violet.
Connect to the violet stone resting near the crown of your head.
Allow it to emit a wondrous violet ball of light and energy.
Fill this violet ball of light and energy with grace,
Beauty and serenity.
Feel a sense of oneness with all that is.
This sense of unity leads us to a connection to your higher self and with the greater whole of life.
At the Sahasrara chakra,
You develop holistic and universal principles of acceptance and respect and truly know that you do everything through the guidance and assistance of a higher power.
All of this leads feelings of bliss and ultimately leads to Samadhi,
Enlightenment.
Allow this radiant ball of violet light and energy to remain here at the crown of the head as we integrate all we have shared.
Take a deep breath and gently let it out.
With your next inhale,
Feel all of the shining balls of light and energy at each of your seven chakras combine to create a white shield of energy that surrounds your entire body.
Breathe in to the combined strength and harmony you have found through each of your seven chakras.
With each breath in,
Feel this radiant white light that is surrounding your body grow.
Feel it expand to fill the room that you are in.
Feel it grow larger than the building you are in.
Let it encompass your entire community.
Feel it continue to expand to your neighboring states and then to every part of your country.
Now let it grow even farther,
Reaching neighboring countries.
Feel it grow over oceans to reach other continents.
Allow it to expand to encompass the entire earth.
Let your light reach out to the cosmos and to the entire universe.
Breathe in and gently bring your awareness back to your body.
Let the white shield of energy,
The combined force of your seven chakras,
Condense and surround your physical body.
Feel this white shield stay with you to guide and protect you.
Allow the energy that you have developed in this meditation to stay with you through the rest of the day and until you practice this meditation again.
Slowly,
Begin to remove the stones from your body,
Starting with the violet stone at the crown of the head and back down through the chakras,
Removing the red stone at the base of your body last.
Feel free to rest here for as long as you'd like.
Remember that your body,
Mind and spirit want to feel these balanced and harmonized energies every day.
Whenever you feel disconnected,
