Welcome to Inner Vision Meditation, your guide to manifesting a fulfilling year ahead. You'll first dive deep into the present moment helping to set the stage for visual opening, as you then start to picture in vivid detail your dreams and aspirations for 2024, as if they were already your reality.

Welcome to this meditation which is focused on creating an inner vision for 2024 to really make this year count as we visualize our desired future.

Find a quiet and comfortable space where you will not be disturbed for the next few minutes,

You can sit comfortably with your spine straight or if you prefer you can lie down,

Just keeping your head above your heart.

As you now just close your eyes all the way down,

Start by connecting in with your breathing,

Taking a few deep breaths,

Gently inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Bring your attention to your body,

Notice any areas of tension or discomfort,

With each exhale imagine releasing any tension or tightness in those areas.

Now bring your attention to your breath,

Notice the sensation of the breath entering and leaving your body,

You can focus on the rise and fall of your abdomen or the feeling of air passing through your nostrils.

As you continue to breathe gently count your breaths from 1 to 10,

Take your time with each breath,

Fully experiencing the inhalation and exhalation before moving on to the next count.

If your mind starts to wander which is completely normal just bring your focus back to your breath and the counting,

Don't judge yourself for getting distracted,

Simply acknowledge the thoughts and gently let them go.

Continue this practice for the next few minutes,

Allowing yourself to fully immerse in the present moment and the rhythm of your breath.

So just coming back to my voice now,

As you start to imagine a blank canvas in your mind's eye,

And this canvas represents the year 2024,

Ready to be filled with your aspirations and desires.

Begin by visualizing the desired outer vision that you seek,

Imagine the specific goals,

Experiences and achievements you wish to manifest in 2024.

See yourself already living that reality,

Feeling the emotions associated with it and enjoying the journey as you hold this vision in your mind.

Focus on the sensations and details,

What do you see,

Hear and feel in this desired reality.

Engage all your senses to make it more vivid and real.

Now imagine that you have a remote control in your hand,

This remote control represents your ability to choose and control your thoughts and words,

With it you can filter out any negative or limiting thoughts and only focus on the positive and empowering ones.

As you continue to hold this vision of your desired future,

Use the remote control to mute any negative self-talk or doubts that may arise and instead replace them with positive affirmations and thoughts that align with your goals.

For example,

If a negative thought comes up,

Immediately replace it with a positive affirmation such as,

I am capable of achieving my dreams or I am attracting abundance into my life.

Allow yourself to soak in this positive energy and reaffirm your commitment to making this year count.

Embrace the belief that you have the power to manifest the life you so desire by choosing your thoughts and words wisely.

Spend a few moments now in this state of visualization and affirmation,

Fully immersing yourself in the experience.

Feel the sense of empowerment and excitement as you connect with your inner vision for 2024.

By making this meditation a regular part of your daily routine,

It will reinforce your inner vision and align your thoughts and words with your desired reality.

By doing so you can make this year count and manifest the life that you truly would like to live.

When you are ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Take a few more deep breaths.

Start to wiggle your fingers and toes.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.
