Hello this is Dano and welcome to this Heart Center opening meditation.
This meditation will help us receive love,
Open our heart center by dissolving any walls we have put up that are holding us back from being love,
From feeling love and from giving love.
To start this meditation please find a seated position either on a chair or on the floor doing your best to keep your spine straight as best you can and relaxing the shoulders away from the ears and only if it's comfortable to you gently close the eyes and place your hands palms facing up on your knees and now slowly start to connect with your natural breath take a few deep breaths in and a few deep breaths out through your nose to center and ground yourself connect deeper with your breath and allow your attention to rest fully on the sensation of your breathing for another minute place your right hand on the middle of your chest on your heart center and feel the space where your palm touches your chest and focus your attention there notice if there are any sensations and your warmth and start to slowly connect with your heart center going deeper into that space with every inhale and every exhale now shift your awareness to your left palm and start to slowly visualize or feel light coming through your left palm up towards your left shoulder moving to your right shoulder and down all the way to your right palm and into your heart center allow the love to flow through you allow yourself to receive this beautiful heating energy and allow it to cleanse your heart center to purify that space dissolving any blockages any negative emotions that might be holding you back from receiving and giving love equally and freely to yourself and others keep connecting with your breath and keep receiving healing and loving energy through your left palm and allow it to spread all the way into your heart center through your right palm keep your mind on that connection and maybe notice if there are any changes in the sensations around that area or the body temperature where your hand touches your heart center allow the love to enter your heart and allow this healing energy to dissolve any limitations or guards that you've put around your heart surrender to love and give permission to your heart to open up with every inhale and every exhale a little bit more keep allowing that beautiful healing golden energy to pass through you and into your heart to open it up and to allow you to give and receive love freely so love can flow into everything you do and to everyone you see allow yourself to become love to become who you truly are the source of unconditional love and abundance you may be someone who can easily receive love but finds it challenging to give love back or you can be someone who can easily give but find it hard to receive love so allow your breath and the loving energy flowing through you to purify your heart allow it to open up your heart connect with your true essence with your pure spirit and the love that resides within you open your heart and allow this energy to keep flowing through your arms and into your heart space connecting deeper and deeper into that point and allowing whatever doesn't serve you and whatever is holding your back to leave your heart space allow any fear worry lack any need to melt away with every breath you're connecting deeper you're going within you're allowing the heart space to blossom and open up you Allow for light to pass through you and to you.
And continue keeping your attention focused on opening your heart space,
Sending love to yourself.
Receiving and giving.
Feel the warmth emanating from your right palm into your heart center.
Allow yourself to absorb the warmth.
To cleanse and purify your heart.
And open up your heart space.
To connect with your true essence.
Love.
Now slowly bring your right hand down,
Palm facing up,
Back to your knee.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Just sit in stillness for another minute or so.
And receiving mode.
And now slowly bring your right hand down,
Palm facing up,
Back to your knee.
And now slowly.
And now slowly and only when you're ready.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
Exhale slowly out through the mouth.
As we end this meditation.
When you're ready,
Just gently open up your eyes.
