Loved it. The only thing I would suggest is that you give an example of how the breath sounds like. So that people who meet this breathing technique for the first time can follow along properly ❤️

❤️Thank you❤️ I listened to this after I did a cat pose/breathing exercise meditation for stopping anxiety attacks. Your meditation really helped calm me down & put an end to the panic attack. The combination of movement / breath work first & the stillness of deeper diaphragmatic breathing seemed to work. Your voice is so soothing❣️ ✨☺️✨& the reminders to be gentle really help.
