A guided I am affirmation meditation to connect with and open our heart centers to receive and give love freely. The meditation is suitable for beginners and can be practiced easily. Affirmations are a great and effective way to rewire our brains and fill our hearts and minds with positivity and trust.

Hello,

This is a guided affirmation meditation.

To begin this practice,

Please find a comfortable position.

Straighten the spine,

Relax the shoulders and gently close the eyes if that works for you.

Start to slowly connect with your breath,

Allowing your mind to settle on the flow of your breathing,

On the natural flow of your breath.

Inhaling and exhaling in a gentle and slow manner,

Allowing the breath to anchor and ground you.

Doing your best to be fully present in this moment.

Doing your best to release and let go anything that doesn't serve you and allowing your attention to rest on the sensation of your breath.

Whenever your mind wanders off at any point during this practice,

Just acknowledge the wandering mind and return to the sensation of your breath by maybe taking a deeper breath in to reconnect and then slowly come back to the natural flow of your breath.

Great.

As you continue breathing with awareness,

Slowly bring your right hand,

Face it on the middle of your chest,

The left hand on your belly and allow your attention to rest on your heart space.

Feel the warmth of your hand as it touches your chest and allow your attention to flow there with the breath.

Connecting deeper with your heart space with every inhale and every exhale.

After going deeper and deeper into your heart center.

And now slowly repeat after me.

I am not what happened to me.

I am not my experiences.

I am not my thoughts or my emotions.

I am merely the observer.

I am me.

I am complete,

Just as I am.

Keep allowing the breath to flow freely.

Keep your attention on the breath and on your heart space.

Gentle,

Effortless breathing.

Connecting deeper and deeper.

Now repeat after me.

I am loved.

I am lovable.

I am worthy of love.

I am complete.

I allow my heart to open up.

I surrender.

I love.

Openly and freely I receive love equally.

I am in full acceptance of myself the way I am right now.

I give permission to the power of the universe to enter my life.

I am in acceptance of the warmth and love to be received.

I allow love into my heart.

I am worthy of love.

I allow soothing and calming energy into my body and into my heart space.

I trust.

I am open to receive.

I am guided.

I am protected.

I am safe.

I am not afraid to be seen just as I am.

I am ready to love and be loved.

I deserve to be loved.

I am worthy of love.

I forgive.

I am ready to let go of anything or anyone that has caused me suffering.

I forgive myself and others.

I allow love to flow through me with every breath I take in every breath I take out.

My heart is open.

I am at peace with myself.

I am connected to the source of love and light within me.

I allow the love and light inside of me to guide me,

To lift me up,

To soothe me.

All is well in my world.

Allow these words to resonate and to go deeply within you,

To sink deeper and deeper.

Open up your heart more with every breath.

Allow the breath to open you up.

Feel the love circulate within you.

Feel the light circulate within you.

Breathe and connect with the source of love and light inside of you.

You are complete.

You are safe.

Trust.

Now slowly start to let go of these words,

These affirmations.

Let go of any control of the breath.

Slowly start to bring your right hand down and just sit in silence and observation noticing how you feel as you continue to breathe naturally,

Being full awareness of your inner state,

Of any changes you notice within you,

Of any emotion,

Any thought.

Doing your best not to judge.

Just sit with whatever came up for you,

Knowing that you're perfect just the way you are.

If you're done with your observation,

You can feel free to continue sitting in silence for as long as you want.

Start to slowly bring your attention back to the body,

Moving your body forward.

And when you're ready,

You can just slowly open up your eyes.
