This is a practise focusing on our senses and noticing the positives in the now. This is a very gentle and beautiful gratitude meditation. Maybe you will notice the blackbirds singing outside my window whilst recording this – they add a connection to the natural world. PS: I am based in the UK and so the clapping and cheering that I mention is something we do here on a Thursday evening.
