Welcome to practice.

My name is Neil Seligman,

Founder of The Conscious Professional.

Thank you for joining me today for this guided mindfulness meditation,

Focusing on welcoming awareness into the body,

Mind and being,

Whilst grounding our practice in heartfulness.

Begin by finding a comfortable posture and by bringing your awareness to the breath.

Take a few moments to let yourself arrive and allow the breath to draw you gently into internal awareness.

Allow the gaze to soften,

The eyes to close.

Welcoming yourself to this moment as your body welcomes the breath.

Arriving in the body,

Noticing the heart.

Remembering your physical form.

The feet,

Legs,

Bones,

Hips,

Pelvis,

Your vital organs,

The belly,

The arms,

The shoulders,

The hands.

As you bring awareness to the physical form,

Inviting heartfulness to be at the center of awareness.

Imagining the resonance of heart,

Embracing the fullness of the body.

Softening any hardness.

Easing any tension.

Breathing.

Flowing here on the breath to take in the neck and the head.

Holding the sense centers of your vision,

Smell,

Taste,

Hearing and touch in heartfelt,

Heart full awareness.

Harvesting the senses.

Sounds,

Scent,

Taste,

Touch.

Visual awareness,

Whether eyes are open or eyes are closed.

Tending to the body with loving breath,

Embodied breath.

Deepening release.

Listening to the heart.

Learning from the heart.

Loving from the heart.

Deepest breath.

Drawing the breath from the nostrils to the tips of the toes,

The fingertips,

The hair on your head.

Breathing in and through the body with a kind invitation for awareness to inhabit the fullness of your physiology.

The aliveness of this living form.

Breath,

Body,

Mind,

Spirit.

A communion of riches within awareness.

A softening.

Perhaps even a letting go of your edges.

Breathing through the body into community consciousness.

The field of conscious awareness,

Potential,

Creativity.

Harnessing the potential of this moment tended by presence.

Breathing with gratitude for your practice.

For showing up today.

For staking a claim to inner stillness,

To peace.

And as we begin to draw the threads of our practice together.

Noticing if an intention is bubbling up in awareness.

Coming back to the sensations of sitting.

Opening to the sounds in the room.

Allowing your eyes to reopen.
