My name is Neil Seligman,
Founder of The Conscious Professional.
Thank you for joining me today for this guided mindfulness meditation to explore this practice of frequency leadership.
In frequency leadership,
We recognize that our own frequency,
Our presence,
Impacts upon those around us,
And therefore this practice invites you to navigate towards your center,
Bringing the highest resources of your body and being online so that your presence can be a gift to others.
Begin by finding a comfortable posture and by bringing your awareness to the breath.
Take a few moments to let yourself arrive and allow the breath to draw you gently into internal awareness.
Allow the gaze to soften,
The eyes to close.
Breathing here,
Allowing the breath to meet you in the moment.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Noticing the rhythm of the breath just as it already is.
As the breath tends to the body and you tend to the breath with awareness,
Simplifying the breath,
Clarifying the breath,
Harmonizing with the breath.
As the breath drops in,
Awareness drops in too.
And just noticing the warmth of awareness flooding through the body like ink dissolving through water,
Finding your own way into the body today,
Noticing your physical form,
Feeling those points of contact with ground,
With furniture,
With our own body parts,
Feeling the warmth of life that you are,
And just settling into a clarified state of appreciation for what you are and this moment.
Clarifying the body,
Finding the center,
A point of balance,
A point of increased stillness,
Perhaps even a still point,
And just noticing if the mind is taking us in other directions,
And practicing with whatever is there,
And each time we notice that our thoughts have taken us away,
Coming back towards center,
Towards the still point,
Offering yourself the same kindness and generosity of spirit that you would offer your best friend,
Including the mind into practice,
Not excluding,
Including mind and becoming curious about the furniture of mind today,
A sense of clarifying mind,
Tidying the furniture,
Putting things into place,
Noticing the gaps and the thought objects,
Breathing into the gaps,
Inhabiting the spaces,
And as we include the breath,
Body,
Mind,
We also gain more intimate access to our sense of self,
And we also have a sense of self,
Locating your sense of self within,
Without prediction,
Allowing yourself to appear in awareness,
Noticing that you are not a fixed state object or thing,
But an emergent reality,
Feeling the space within you,
And feeling the space within you,
But an emergent reality,
Feeling the spark of creation,
Noticing the pregnancy of this moment,
And feeling the energy of potential that exists when we become present,
Clarifying,
Simplifying,
Navigating to the center,
Discovering one new thing about who you are today,
It could be a feeling,
A color,
An image,
An idea,
Sometimes there's something and sometimes there's nothing,
Both are interesting,
As we cultivate our frequency with presence and clarity in awareness,
Noticing if you already have an impulse to create an intention for the moments that follow,
Or if a vision is landing of a future reality you would like to move towards,
So just making space for intention and vision,
Paying particular attention to the movements within the body,
The somatic responses,
Moving towards that which feels joyful,
That which has energy and excitement and enthusiasm,
Moving anything which you've come into contact with in this practice towards integration,
Folding the whole of the practice into heartful awareness,
Acknowledging yourself as body,
Mind,
Heart,
Vision,
As we begin our return from practice,
Riding the waves of integrating breath,
Bringing more presence to the diaphragm,
Energizing the return,
Feeling the expansiveness of the breath,
The lungs,
The movement of the diaphragm,
Coming back to the sensations of the body sitting,
Opening to the sounds in the room as you take a little inventory of the frequency of your body being now and in your very own time allowing your eyes to open.
