Bridget is focused on helping both children and adults stay present in their lives through mindfulness and meditation. She trained with Mindful Schools and also with Rainbow Kids Yoga and is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Bridget teaches mindfulness to help build positive coping skills, calm our minds, regulate emotions, and feel less stressed. Bridget has personally witnessed the benefits of mindfulness and meditation in her own life.
