Whether you are at work or home, you often find yourself in a situation where there are a lot of things going on at once. We all have so many things to juggle. This one minute mediation brings all your awareness to your words allowing your mind to zoom in and focus. Once the mediation is over and you’ve repeated your affirmations, you are ready to begin a solo task with focus and clarity. My hope is this mediation will become a quick tool for you in times of needed focus.

Soften your gaze or close your eyes and repeat these words after me.

Take an inhale through your nose and let the air out through your mouth.
