Good morning.
With your eyes still closed,
Your body still relaxed from last night's sleep,
I want you to begin to awaken your mind.
Think about one thing that you are truly grateful for in this moment.
It can be anything or anyone or anywhere.
Now imagine this gratitude as a yellow ball that's shining brightly right in your heart center.
And as you think about this person or thing that you're grateful for,
Imagine that light growing and filling all the parts of you.
Your head,
Your shoulders,
Your arms and hands,
Legs,
Feet,
And of course your chest where the light now burns brightly and prepares you for your day ahead.
Now that you're really bright and light,
I want you to begin to wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
And then slowly begin to flutter your eyes open as you wake and prepare for this beautiful day.
