Transcript

Sit or lie in a very comfortable position.

Place one hand on your belly,

Just below your ribs,

And the other hand on your chest.

Take a big breath in through your nose.

And let your belly push your hand out.

Your chest should not move.

Now breathe out through pursed lips as if you were whistling.

Feel the hand on your belly go in and use it to push out all the air.

Now let's do this again.

Big breath in through your nose.

Belly pushes your hand out.

Breathe out through your lips.

Belly goes down.

Again.

Inhale.

Through your nose.

Belly pushes your hand out.

And breathe out through your lips.

Hand on your belly going in.

Three more times.

Breathe out through your nose.

Amazing girl. I did this outside and there was a huge guest of wind every time you directed to breathe out. Very cool experience. Thank you so much.
