I have been meditating Mindfully since 2010 and for many years before that. I love teaching and sharing and connection. I am just like you. I, too, do the best I can to take care of myself through meditation, exercise and nutrition... to have as much balance in my life with my family, friends, my work and interests. I love the mountains: the Himalayes, Karakoram, Hindu Kush, Pamirs, Altai, Eastern Rift, Alps. I trained to be a mindfulness teacher at the Centre for Mindfulness, Research and Practice at Bangor University, UK - an international centre for excellence in mindfulness training. I run mindfulness groups and 1:1s and have been teaching and running retreats for 10 years. I have degrees in psychology and nutrition and have been working with groups and individuals with stress, anxiety or depression since 2000.
