Welcome to the self-compassion meditation,

A sacred space to embrace yourself with love and kindness.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable space,

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Let's journey together into the heart of self-compassion.

Self-compassion during challenging times is vital for emotional resilience,

Reducing self-blame,

Fostering a positive mindset,

Allowing us to navigate the challenges with greater understanding and self-care.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale slowly.

Release tension with each breath,

Allowing the present moment to unfold.

Let go of any judgment and simply focus on being.

Visualize a warm glowing light at the center of your chest,

A seat of compassion.

With each breath,

Feel this light expanding,

Wrapping you in a cocoon of unconditional love.

Repeat after me,

I am deserving of love and kindness.

In moments of difficulty,

I am gentle with myself.

I honor my journey and embrace my imperfections with compassion.

Inhale compassion deeply.

Feel it permeate every cell of your being.

Exhale releasing any self-judgment or criticism.

With each breath,

Cultivate a sense of warmth and understanding.

Repeat silently or aloud,

May I be happy,

May I be healthy,

May I be at peace.
