This is Day 3 of the 28-Day ONE MINUTE Mindfulness Challenge. Today is mindful looking to see all the colors of the rainbow in the room you are in. These are short, quick mindfulness exercises for teachers, parents and children to get a taste of what it feels like to commit to the self-care practice of mindfulness every day for 28 days.

Welcome to day three of your mindfulness challenge.

Today we will see a rainbow.

Sit nice and comfortable in your chair.

Look around the room and let's find the first color of the rainbow red.

What do you see that's red?

So when we see our colors we're just gonna keep that thought in our head and just observe it from the inside.

Can you find something the color orange?

Keep looking around and find something the color yellow.

Let your head and your eyes move around the room as you find something the color green.

Can you find something the color blue?

Look for something indigo.

And the last color violet.

Can you find something violet?

Bring your hand to your belly.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
