Let's get you nice and comfortable and ready for the day ahead.
I invite you to close your eyes if you like,
Or keep an unfocused gaze in front of you,
Whichever you prefer.
And just feel your head,
Shoulders,
Belly,
And full body slowly relaxing and fully letting go.
We can sometimes have a pretty heavy buzz of anxiety in our chest and stomach when we wake up for the day,
But let's just settle that by taking a nice deep inhale in through the nose,
An extra quick inhale through the nose to fill all the way up,
And a nice long exhale out.
And let's just do that one more time,
A nice deep inhale in through the nose,
Expanding the belly,
An extra quick inhale through the nose,
And just a really big long exhale out.
Fully releasing.
Fully letting go.
Great job.
Gently tune into the top of your head and feel any buzzing or tingling there,
And witness a bright white light dropping into your body from your head.
And just watch as it travels down your eyes,
Making them feel lighter,
Softening your brow,
Cheeks,
And loosening your jaw,
Just allowing it to drop.
And just watch as the white light covers your shoulders,
Allowing them to drop from your ears,
And see it travel to both arms,
Making them feel relaxed and ready for the day.
And witness as the white light fills your heart and chest with good feels,
Loosening any anxiety or tension.
Taking a deep breath in and out.
Just watching as your chest opens up to the beauty and awe that we'll experience today.
Allow the white light to cascade over your stomach and lower back,
Easing any tension or worry for the day.
Because we know you've got this.
And taking a deep breath in and out.
Just see the white light travel down to your thighs,
Making them feel lighter.
And down to your calves,
Allowing them to relax.
And then watch that white light travel all the way down to your feet.
Feel them wiggle.
Just stay here for a moment longer,
And watch as your body surrenders to the white light,
Completely bathing in it,
Floating in a bubble of pure relief.
And just place your hand on your heart,
And gently whisper to yourself,
Today is going to be a great day.
I can't wait to witness all of the wonderful things that will happen for me.
And I'll try my best to not let any setbacks ruin my cool,
Calm vibe.
And with another deep breath in,
And a soft exhale out,
Feel the ease of these words throughout your body,
Soaking up the safety of the white light,
Making you feel so prepared for the day ahead.
And even though we don't want to leave,
We'll just return back to the room,
With a nice deep belly breath in through the nose,
An extra quick inhale to fill all the way up,
And a nice slow exhale out through the mouth.

Letting your body just completely let go again.
We'll wiggle the fingers and toes,
Give ourselves a nice gentle stretch,
And slowly,
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
