Good evening,

And thank you so much for joining me.

Let's just get nice and comfortable,

Preferably lying down if you like,

So you can hopefully fall into a gentle slumber,

And just feel your full body melting into the surface below you,

Allowing your head,

Shoulders,

Belly,

And entire being to just relax and let go of the day.

It doesn't belly breaths to allow us to slow down and arrive here in this moment.

So when you're ready and at your own pace,

Just take a nice deep inhale in through your nose,

An extra quick inhale to fill all the way up,

And a big sigh out.

Again,

Just take a nice deep inhale in through your nose,

An extra quick inhale,

And a big sigh out.

Last one,

Just take a nice deep inhale in through your nose,

An extra quick inhale,

And a big sigh out.

Great job.

Let's just tune into our body,

And let it fully release anything from the day that isn't serving us.

Starting with your feet,

Just scrunch them up and release,

And just feel the soothing sensations that come from having relaxed these beautiful limbs that carried us throughout our day.

Feel the gentle sensations of relaxation blow up to your calves,

Allowing them to softly dissolve into the surface below.

And while breathing deeply in,

Just feel your thighs letting go,

Releasing any tension.

Feeling your eyes getting heavier and heavier,

Like you couldn't even open them if you wanted to.

Just allow your stomach to soften.

Watch as your cells expand,

And how your breath comforts and soothes any tension that's still caught in this area.

Watch as a beautiful white light develops here,

Giving us soothing,

Calming energy.

Witness the white light form around your heart,

And just place your hand here for a second,

And watch as the heart signals safety to your whole body,

Immersing your whole being in this beautiful,

Soft glow of peace and ease.

Placing your hand back down,

Just allow your shoulders to drop from your ears,

While the tension from the day slowly dissolves,

Feeling completely relaxed.

And with another deep breath in,

And out,

We'll arrive at your beautiful face.

Feel the white light release your brow.

Allow your jaw to loosen and let go.

Feel your eyes at their heaviest,

And just place a gentle smile on your face,

Watching how the good feels illuminate the body with so much calmness and so much serenity.

Just stay here for a moment longer,

Feeling calm and relaxed,

And ready for a beautiful sleep.

And just gently bring to mind all the things that went well today,

Even if they were some really small moments.

Things like a quiet cup of tea,

A laugh with a friend,

Or a cuddle with a pet.

These small moments can bring even little bits of light to the darker days.

Lean into these moments,

And just stay with them,

As you continue to relax,

More,

And more.

And we'll just take another deep breath in through the nose,

Expanding the belly.

An extra quick inhale,

And a big exhale out.

One more time,

Just a deep breath in through the nose,

Expanding the belly.

An extra quick inhale,

And a big exhale out.

Just let your mind expand its consciousness beyond this moment in time,

Feeling safe and fully ready for sleep.

Good night to you,

Dear one.

Enjoy a beautiful,

Restful sleep,

Just like you so deserve.

Sweet dreams,

And good night.
